We ordered take out and the wings were so overcooked. I only ate about 5 pieces and my jaw was so tired trying to chew it. It was like eating chicken jerky. Not going back.

This was a nice experience first time actually going in and buying wings. The day I go in the lady at the front counter is training a new employee. Lucky I am a patient person and I have had to train employees before so I felt her pain. The wings were good and the tenders were good also.

Ordered a 40 pack, only got 30. When I called they only offered me a 5 dollar refund. Unacceptable service. Are customers expected to count their wings before leaving the store? Well, you better do so before leaving this place.

I KNOW YALL READ THESE REVIEWSi wish i can give this place one star cause this is absolutely stupid and outrageous. my family ordered the 40 wing pack. we checked to see if we got the right amount of boxes and fries etc and we trusted them that they gave us everything. we come back home to only see that we got 30 pieces. we call them and say that we are missing 10 wings and they kept on putting us on hold. they then asked us whether we checked and counted the wings like who is going to count each individual wing especially this big of an order. we asked them if they can give us a partial refund or at least a refund of just the individual 10 wings and they said no and that they’ll give us $5 when 10 wings by itself is $15 alone. the 40 pack literally came out to around $75 and they only wanted to give $5. they said they don’t know how much 10 wings cost like that’s stupid as yall work there. they also kept on saying we can drive back and get the wings or return all our food. i don’t know why it’s so hard to do a partial refund when we did an online order and they can just refund us through that. terrible service and management. whoever was on the phone with us was the worst manager we’ve ever talked to. a five year old can do better than these so called adults that work there.no wonder yall have so many 1/5 reviews.

This place sucks. We ordered our food to go, and waited an hour and half for it to be done. And people who ordered after me were gettin their food before me? I was so confused and eventually went up to the counter to check on my meal, the old lady told me she'd call my name once it's done. I said okay. Then the soda machine wasn't working and hella people were telling the old lady that it's not working and she's like "it should be working".. lots of customers left their cups at the register because they were not going to wait any longer. Terrible experience. Never going back. Fire wings #1 always.

This wing stop is borderline horrible. They messed up our order, and then we had to return to get the correct order. No apologies were made--poor customer service. If someone has to drive back because your company messes up and the staff isn't even apologetic, that's an issue. You aren't doing us favors by doing your job.

If I could give zero stars I would give it. We ordered 2 cajun chicken sandwiches and wings and when I picked up my sandwich water started dripping out my sandwich. My bf called wing stop and they told us on the phone that they would give us a refund if we brought back the sandwich. When we came to Wing Stop they gave us $5 back for the chicken not the full refund which was $8.99. Their excuse was that it was cooked at the correct temperature. If it was cooked at the correct temperature it wouldn't be pink. The older woman that gave my bf the partial refund said she didn't like tone my bf was giving her but clearly he was not happy since he did not get the full refund for the meal. The customer service and management here needs improvement.I will be reporting to the health department!Update I called Wing Stop to let them know that I'm starting to get food poisoning symptoms and will be reporting the establishment the same woman that we talked to answered the phone and she said thank you very much and hung up the phone. If you want food poisoning please by all means come to this business.
