Getting to eat here is always a special treat. Our go to is the rib sandwich with Mac and cheese. The food is wonderful.
So next time you’re stuck in that horrible traffic jam on the 15. Just hop off at the Pala exit and go past the truck stop.
You won’t regret it. That traffic is crazy!

I appreciate that they always have the brisket available among their offerings everyday they are open. My former pig place never had the brisket the day after they were closed. I love the delicious but more subtle smoke flavor of the meat that enhances rather than overpowers. Simply stated they just do it right, both smokin' and servin' it up!
