The KFC restaurant in Fallbrook offers a good experience with hot, fresh food like juicy, well-seasoned chicken. Sides such as mashed potatoes, gravy, and coleslaw are delicious. The restaurant has a clean, pleasant atmosphere with various seating options and offers grilled chicken for those with dietary restrictions. Customers appreciate the friendly service, although some suggest adding more seasoning to the food.
The staff is friendly, the orders are always correct, the restrooms are clean, and the atmosphere is a mixture of rustic and modern. The chicken is fresh, especially the Original Chicken. The supervisor, whose name starts with the letter M, is helpful and willing to replace an incorrect order without hassle. However, some customers have had issues with the honesty of staff members when it comes to honoring coupons.
