This morning's experience at the drive-thru was incredibly frustrating -- and sadly, not the first time I've had a bad encounter at this location. I usually try to give them the benefit of the doubt because there are some kind and friendly employees here. But today was enough to push me to write this. I always try to be polite and ask how people are doing, and there's one particular employee who consistently replies with a flat, disinterested "I'm alright." It comes across like she clearly doesn't want to be there -- not exactly a warm or welcoming vibe first thing in the morning. While I was placing my order, she kept saying "what else?" -- even though I was clearly done. It felt like she either wasn't paying attention or just wasn't listening. Then at the window, I only received my drinks -- no food, no explanation, just a quick "That's it." I had to park and go inside to ask for my sandwich. The girl at the counter didn't greet me or offer any kind of help -- just, "Do you know what you ordered?" And she looked at me like I was bothering her. Another employee repeated the same question, as if I was the one who made the mistake. No one apologized. No one took responsibility. The lack of basic courtesy, active listening, and accountability is incredibly frustrating. Mistakes happen, but the way they're handled makes all the difference -- and unfortunately, that part is seriously lacking here. I'd rather give my money to other businesses and not waste your time here. Especially when their demographic of customers are service members. RIDICULOUS

Always friendly people and clean. Drive through can be a nightmare with lines and it is in the middle of the main parking area. Huge store with tons of indoor and outdoor seating! One of the largest I’ve seen. Great for homework or business meetings.

I often go to this Starbucks today’s my birthday, and Starbucks offered me a free drink. When I place the order follow the prompts Starbucks did not give me a free drink when I inquired at the cash register if they could help me the answer was a flat out no no mention of my birthday and what a happy day this should be for me makes me not want to go back to the Starbucks

This store is well-known for its friendly staff and comfortable seating. It has bar style seating with a large banquette, tables and chairs on one side, and on the other side there's booths and tables with chairs. Lots of outlets for power cords.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, lots of space to roll.

What is the point of pre-ordering 14 minutes earlier if it isn't ready. The food item was done but not the effin drink. Do better! People pre-order for a reason.

This location should remove the Starbucks logo from their store because it tastes nothing like Starbucks. The staff is untrained, slow, and drinks are absolutely disgusting.
The employee named Kai working at Starbucks inside Albertsons was extremely rude, dismissive, and had terrible customer service. The female employee (I think her name is April) took my order and he made it incorrectly. He said he would remake it and he made it incorrectly again, but then refused to make it correctly. I waited while he served 11 people who ordered after me, and still hadn’t made my drink correctly. So I finally asked him to refund it if he wasn’t going to make it. He told me I had to go wait in line again. So I waited in line behind 5 more people for a refund. I asked him why he hadn’t remade my drink correctly and he acted snotty and gave me attitude, attributing his mistakes to a miscommunication. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, terrible representative of Albertsons and Starbucks.
Their Pink drink is more like a glass of almond milk with too much ice and a drop of ultra light pink food coloring added in. Tastes super watered down. Thought it was a one time mistake but this has happened every time I’ve gotten a pink drink from here. Go to the actual Starbucks store if you want a decent drink, not the one in Albertsons.
