La Mejor Inc. was a beloved restaurant known for their delicious tamales and chili Verde until a tragic fire caused it to burn down. Many customers miss the food and are excited to hear that the restaurant is reopening. The new location is on McAuliff and Houston, just blocks away from some loyal customers. La Mejor Inc. has purchased two large catering trucks to serve their amazing dishes, including carnitas, chile verde burritos, fresh tortillas, chile rellenos, nachos, and tortas. The tamales were a highlight, with one customer driving an hour and a half just to buy a dozen or two to take home. Despite the heartbreaking news of the fire, the community remains hopeful for the Vasquez family and the return of La Mejor Inc., which is now back open, except on Mondays. Customers are eager to enjoy the food that has won hearts and praise across California.
