Great food, best asada taco I’ve ever had
Matilda’s is an excellent food truck, located (every time we’ve gone, at least) in southeast Visalia. They’ve got all the usuals (burrrritooos, tacos, quesadillas, etc.), and they’re really good. In this visit, we enjoyed a wet burrrritoooo, two tacos, and a quesadilla. Everything was delicious, the food was prepared quickly, and the prices are super cheap for what you get. Always a delicious meal when we visit Matilda’s.
