The trays of food they served from seemed a bit messy, but the food was fresh. The guacamole was legit, made of ripe avocados, a little red onion, cilantro, and salt. The beans, black and pinto, were excellent, and the rice was bomb. The vegetarian options were fresh and nutritious.
