So I have stop here twice already the food great but it's so stuffy and not only that the girl who attended me today was rude (wendy) and it's bad enough the long drive people are taking on this holiday and to just stop and have someone be rudy and roll there eyes is sad and bad service.

We ordered burrito bowl for us and burritos for our boys but forgot to ask for sour cream to add which comes with it and when we went immediately after checking my bowl he said we need to pay extra.my son’s burrito ripped asked for bowl so that he can dump it into bowl and eat with fork, they said no.They supposed to give chips and salsa which comes with every meal on the menu item (bowl and burrito)and they didn’t give because we didn’t ask for it.We asked for it later they give only one instead of 4…service is bad.Overall experience is not that great.

Not a good place for a frugal vegan. Better off with Taco Bell next door. Servings were small when you take away the meat and cheese. Pricing structure set up for typical Americans. Food quality was good, spicy. They charge extra for guacamole as grilled veggies are their idea of vegetarian protein. Place was very dirty. They did not serve chip and salsa with eat meal as the menu states.

I was like! I have not had Baja Fresh in awhile! So I got excited. But its not the same as the regular Baja Fresh I remembered. Its just generic burrito and way overpriced. Sour cream and guacamole was extra, so a steak burrito they way I like it, is $22. It was too late to back out, so I just tried my best to pretend it was an amazing burrito. The lettuce was brown, but I was hungry. I have buyers remorse.
