Healthy fresh vegan food in the middle of no where! You can build your own vegan burrito. I never knew Baja Fresh was so good.
The sign says, “Want to add extra carnitas? $3.99.” But when it was time to pay at the register, they charged me $6.99.

Baja Fresh offers delicious and fresh Mexican cuisine, with large burritos that can easily feed two people. The staff is attentive and professional, providing excellent customer service. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the quality of the food and the overall dining experience make it a worthwhile choice.
The trays of food they served from seemed a bit messy, but the food was fresh. The guacamole was legit, made of ripe avocados, a little red onion, cilantro, and salt. The beans, black and pinto, were excellent, and the rice was bomb. The vegetarian options were fresh and nutritious.
Customers have praised the excellent service, with the staff being kind, patient, and helpful, even during busy times like Thanksgiving. The food, especially the guacamole, was delicious. Customers also appreciated the option to get a tostada instead of a burrito bowl, which comes with sour cream and guacamole.
