“Wonderful fresh fruit stand. This is the place to go if you're looking for a cup of extremely fresh fruit that is grown in the surrounding areas of Mendota, Firebaugh, Dos Palos, and Los Banos. Cantoloupes, watermelon, pineapple, Honeydew, mango, cucumber, etc. The owner also makes delicious frozen drinks that will definitely quench your thirst for something fresh and fruity.“

“Service was excellent in spite of seeming understaffed. The trays of food they served from seemed a bit messy but the food was fresh, the guacamole was legit: made of ripe avocados, a little red onion, cilantro, and salt. It's a truck stop restaurant, set your expectations properly!“
“This place is certainly one of the finest place to eat in the region. Always when I go there I am incredibly pleased. They maintain their very high standard service and the highest level of meals they offer. You are always happy with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.“

“This is authentic Mexican food. If you're not use to that then you will not like this spot. That being said the waiters aren't always the fastest but that's because they're usually busy since there are no more than two girls working at the same time. Food will be served as soon as possible tho which is great! And they,re usually the last restarunt to close in town.“

“This hidden gem has been here for years.
It has the best Mexican food, but I'll warn you that their house-made, free salsa is a bit hot (for this white girl).
I had the combination plate of shredded beef taco, chili Verde burrito, & shredded beef enchilada.
The taco was small but excellent, with Mexican cheese sprinkled on top of all that filling.
The enchilada was a little small too, but full of meat. Although the sauce is slighty dry, it is different & smoky. Really good also.
The burrito was so big, I took it home for later eating. Also excellent!
They must make their refried beans in house.
They don't have that bitter favor. I could've eaten them by the bowl, they were so good!
Try this place, and don't be put-off by any religious signs outside...the restaurant is as good as any.“
