“My family and I just made a pit stop in Los Banos for lunch and came across Carnitas Del Bajio in my recommendations. We're so glad we found this place because the food is delicious! The meat has great flavor with little to no grease, the service is great, and the bathrooms are clean.
We'll definitely stop by here again the next time we pass through Los Baños.“

“The BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANT IN MERCED COUNTY ! The Ribeye stake with SHRIMPS MUSHROOMS IS DELICIOUS ! The green enchiladas are very delicious ! The rice and beans are out of this world ! So good ! The home made corn tortillas are so delicious ! Very FRIENDLY WAITRESS AND ATMOSPHERE !“

“I rolled through Los Banos looking for a breakfast burrito, and even though they didn't have it on the menu, they were happy to DIY me a burrito of chorizo, egg, potato, and cheese. Delicious, fast, friendly and helpful service - I will definitely be stopping here again on future trips. ❤️❤️“

“Some of the best rice and beans that I have had. The portions were big. I had the Carne asada quesadilla. It came with a lot of meat. It's definitely worth the price. My daughter had the red enchiladas, and she loved it. Great place. It's a must try.“

“The papusa plate was delicious along with the salsas that were given to enjoy with the cabbage mix. Rice and beans tasted fresh. Hospitality was so delightful 😊 was welcomed with a smile and she accommodated my kids and i with the fan when it got a little warm. Fair prices 👌🏽 definitely will be going back.“

“Small gas station. Nice friendly employee who greeted me immediately as I walked in. Was extremely busy when I arrived Friday evening, however got in and out fairly quickly. Had to wait a few minutes for open pump. There is a small store inside and a food truck outside to grab something to eat or drink.
I just filled up my vehicle there. Didn't purchase any food items. Money noted is for the gas purchase.“
“food is good, but for their hours you think they'd have enough sides seems like they run out of alot so early on plus the tacos are basic, and hardly come with anything on it! cilantro & onions only? They never answer their phone which I don't understand why it's even on the truck. They definitely have some things to improve on, but I will give them another chance seeing that the food is good. I'd give a 4 star rating.“

“Taco Tuesday tacos were just a buck each and packed with flavor! We highly recommend the Al Pastor tacos – they’re absolutely delicious. The red sauce adds the perfect kick, so be sure to ask for extra – it's seriously tasty and has just the right amount of spice!“

“Food was so good we came for lunch and dinner. And I forgot to take pics because it was gone so fast. If you don’t understand the culture I can see how tourist can think they come off cold but it’s not like that. Don’t take it personal. It was clean both times. Definitely going to be a part of our travel must stops.“

“Always make sure to stop through when I’m going between Fresno and the Bay Area. The service is 10 out of 10. The food is always consistently good, And the atmosphere is always friendly and family like. Highly recommend stopping by to get tacos. The Salsa are delicious and spicy!“

“I honestly really like this place the food is well seasoned and delicious. I haven’t received a taco that was more fat than actual meat so I like that. The portion of meat is definitely noticeable or a bit less than other taco places on Tuesday but for $1 honey it’s okay I just add a couple more tacos. There is a bit of a wait because there’s only one person cooking and one receiving orders and two setting the plates so just be calm and patient the tacos will be bomb and worth it! Also their Camarón a la diabla was really good.“

“I've been so excited to try this place. And I'm so glad I did. I got a regular burrito. And oh my God. I must say. It sure is the biggest burrito I've ever had! So delicious! 10 out of 10 for sure!! Definitely recommend trying this place out!!! And the lady was very nice as well!! I'll 4sure be coming back many many times!!! I'll have to post a picture next time I go. And the fact that is drive thru! Added bonus points!!! ?“

“I ordered online and didn't realize that I had the wrong location put in... the employees at the wrong location were great, helpful & understanding in giving directions to the other store.The employees at the correct store were great and friendly too!!“

“Older lady rud I asked for extra taco sauce and she just threw them on counter when she just could of placed them down like I was disturbing her but other employees were kind and friendly. Have to say though this is the best place you actually get meat in your tacos other taco bells they hardly put any they got my service.“

“We catered our family holiday party and everything was amazing! Everyone raved about how delicious it was. We ordered enchiladas, tacos, shrimp ceviche, rice and beans, chips and salsa, and a churro cheese cake. All the flour and corn tortillas were freshly made. The side sauces catered to several different palates. Melina was very helpful when ordering and even reached out to see if we enjoyed our meal! We already have a request to bring several items to the next family gathering! The restaurant has an old school mom and pop vibe that I love!“
