“First timer here! I have been wanting to go try it out today was the day! I walked in and the place was empty, but i was greeted by a very nice girl. I ordered an Alpastor burrito supreme to go. She assured me that it would be ready within 10 minutes. Once i got home i opened the bag and realized that the burrito was huge! And i was given red and hot sauce and a slice of lemon and napkins. Usually you have to ask for it and it was already there! The burrito is sooo good. I can eat 3 times off of it and the sauces were packed to the brim. I will be going back“
“Authentic Mexican food AND terrific Pizza, burgers, fries etc. I'm typically skeptical of a restaurant that has such a diverse menu... They almost always compromise the quality to produce quantity. Not Pedro's! Everything is great. There's something for everyone and everything is deliciousVegetarian options: It's easy to sub beans for meat in any of their Mexican dishes. Most of their appetizers are meatless and they have some pretty outstanding cheese pizza! I'm about 80% meatless and I come here often.Kid-friendliness: I've been getting my step kids pizza here for years... Pizza, chicken strips, burger, fries, quesadilla. They've got it all.“
“I've visited this place twice. The first time I walked in for breakfast, the smell of the restaurant/food, grabbed me by the neck and sat me in my seat. This is my number one place for breakfast over IHOP, and any other fancy breakfast place. Outstanding Belgian Waffles. Amazing eggs and beans and crispy toast. No other place does it better.“
“Great clean place to stop at if you are on the 99 passing thru Chowchilla. I drop in for a couple tacos, a rest from driving. Stayed about an hour working on my computer. The ambiance was perfect. It sure bet stopping at Starbucks and being subject to load music and freezing air This will be one of my go-to stops for travel food going forward.“
“The chicken burrito is bomb and the taco fries are great comfort food!! The nachos leave you satisfied and she makes the nacho chips at her shop! The Asada burrito is really good too for that hearty bite. I haven't tried the burger yet but one day I will!Parking: It's adjacent to a thriftstore so they share the space. However. The thrift store is mostly closed when we go so there have always been parking for us. I'd say 10-15 ppl can fit in there given they park nicely.“

Remember that this is not a fast food restaurant and expect 30 minute way during rush hours when we have a lot of phone call orders and more. We also make big order deliveries to workers in the area we are sorry we can’t prioritize your orders. We have a phone number you can call 30 minutes before your lunch time. “Tacos el Grullense is by far one of the best taco places. The supreme carne asada burrito is full of flavor and a must have. Their aguas frescas are authentic and remind me of home. Anytime I come from Los Angeles to Chowchilla, it's a must that I visit Tacos El Grullense. Prices are affordable, food is great. I've tried several Taco places in LA and this spot is at the top my list.“
“Great food as always ! Staff are always so friendly and helpful, especially when you have questions about the food options (authentic Mexican style meats ) have also offered us small samples of the meats to see if we like it before ordering. Food always is prepared fresh and fast!“
