I have never enjoyed a burrito more than this one, chucked plumply with rice, beans, cilantro, guacamole, seasoned ground beef, and more. Don’t miss this when you come to Mariposa. Oh, in a homemade tortilla that was amazing!“
“I freaking love this place and eat here weekly! Their enchiladas are so good that I never get sick of them. Love their shredded chicken, shredded beef and chili verde enchiladas. The wait staff is always so quick, remembers my orders, always kind and so sharp. I've never once had bad service here. The cook is also wonderful. If I ever forget any part of my order he always remembers and adds it for me. Where else can you get that kind of service? Hard to beat!!“
“Me and my wife went here for lunch. She ordered the Taco Dorados with Frijoles and I ordered 3 Fish Tacos with Rice and Beans. The fish tacos was prepared very nicely, the fish was fried with a good amount of toppings with homemade sauce that gave it a savory flavor. My wife order was chicken taco with potatoes, jalapeno peppers and a side of beans. Customer service was good and the wait time was decent. Wasn't crowded so we didn't have to wait for a table. Will definitely come back.“
“Since moving to the Yosemite area from LA I miss good Mexican cooking but got a taste of it today at The Oasis. My husband stops in on his route and raves about the breakfast burritos. (They offer 2 sizes,) Today I visited for the first time and tried the Chile Rellenos. The generously portioned dish was great, perfectly cooked just how I like it! The owner Araceli showed me the cute little park area they're developing right next to the cafe for parties, BBQs etc. She has plans for this corner!
