Look, I've been to A&W before, and I love the food. However, the food at this A&W location was disgusting. The meat was undercooked, and the fries tasted like 100% salt, and the cook messed up the order of the way both burgers were asked to be made. We saw people preparing to come into the restaurant, and we just had to warn them of the ordeal we just went through. They thanked us and went somewhere else. My subjection is either retain your cook or let him go. He sucked.

The hours are totally incorrect. The lights are on but nobody is home. Seems like there is a disconnect between the actual hours and when they are actually open and it's a common thing on here, listen to the reviews and go to In-N-Out across the street

Food was good and fresh, and Staff was great! After ordering I mentioned that I would be outside with my dog. When I got my food, they had added a chicken treat for my dog! That was very thoughtful…it comes from good staff and management….so thank you all!!!

Monte was one of the best Employees I’ve ever ran into here. In my best opinion this guy deserves a raise. Customer service is excellent. Great workman skills with his co-workers. Thank you so much for your service

I don’t know what I got served today but it was old chicken that had the consistency of jerky. I had to pull around front and wait only to be served cold fries and old chicken. Nothing was hot, I have no idea why I had to wait. I actually fear the food here now
