Whenever I visit my 93 year old mother and my sister in Orangevale, we always pick up some donuts and cinnamon rolls. Everyone loves the Old Fashioned ones - something that is hard to find. The cinnamon rolls are a big hit as well - especially with extra frosting.

Delicious 4/5 food amazing donuts, but the ladies here just constantly mess up my orders and it's very difficult to communicate that to them so I'm getting to a point where I've paid A LOT of money for food and drinks that I'm just not getting
I've been going here since 5th grade, amazing prices and amazing food and amazing drinks but I just keep getting the wrong stuff and its very difficult to get my orders remade.

Awesome place to get doughnuts and simple pastries. Place was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is plenty of selection. You have your regular selection, but also some with fresh whipped cream and sliced strawberries. Definitely worth a visit. I only dinged them for Atmosphere because the place could use some updating and some of the supplies could be visually obscured instead of being visible in the waiting area.

Service was good. However, I have to give it a very low rating because the Cinnamon was old and not good. There was a whole pan full of Cinnamons ( I think it was a fresh badge), but instead we were given a Cinnamon separate from this badge already in a to go box. The employee put icing and heat it up in the microwave. My assumption is that she did this to get rid of the last Cinnamon from an older badge. However, with this action not only did she get rid of the old Cinnamon but also made sure this new customers (us) don't come back again. It is a shame because I decided not to go to the Cinnamon Franchise store cause I thought I was going to get a better Cinnamon, more like a Fresh made, then a typical process Franchise food, but it was not the case.

A perfect donut shop with the nicest owners and employees. The lady in charge is always so welcoming, remembers us, says nice things. We are in and out very fast every time. This shopping the pinnacle of donut greatness and customer service. Their high rating is well deserved.
