Always AMAZING service, the food is always so good, definitely one of the best restaurants in the area.
Really wanted to like this place as there aren't many brunch places in Folsom but it was disappointing and we won't be back. Took a very long time to get our food (~30 min for 4 brunch dishes) even though the place was more than half empty. I think there were more employees than customers when we were there. Got my pancake order wrong and waited another 20 min to get the correct one and it was pretty watery and bland. POG juice was good and it's a nice space, with high ceilings. Wait staff are nice but not super responsive. We had to chase someone down to get creamer for coffee after waiting a while. Also, would recommend they teach wait staff how to serve dishes without putting putting thumbs on top. It's gross. So many thumbs on our dishes :(.

The service was excellent and the outside patio seating was very nice for an evening dinner, but the food was not stellar. I ordered the BBQ chicken flatbread and it was not good. I also had the goat cheese balls as an appetizer and were disappointed with those as well.

Pleasantly surprised.....in the heart of Palladio in Folsom is a restaurant that caught my eye, Back Bistro. Today I made a stop just after 3pm, what a find! Happy hour everyday from 3 to 6pm. Great selection of happy hour appetizers and drinks. My favs were the Tequila Sour, Ahi Poke Wontons, Philly Cheese Steak Sliders, and Cajun fries. Limited but good beer specials as well. Great bar service, good value and specials, see pics. The place does not disappoint. I am definitely coming back.
This was a wonderful experience! The food was positively superb! I had a caesar salad that had roasted garlic and herbs with a side od garlic fries. The waiter we had, named Garrett, went above and beyond as far as being helpful! He got the chef to make a meal we wanted that was usually only available for dinner. He has an incredibly amiable personality! The restaurant was very quiet and relaxed.
