Bambu Dessert Drinks

It’s really unfortunate that this place that makes really good tea has such a bad customer service tie to it, I ordered some dirty milk tea today (8/25/2024) at around 5pm and when I walked in I specifically requested tapioca pearls to be added to my drink, later when I took out my boba at my home there were not any pearls and when I called and asked why there wasn’t any pearls in my drink, the lady by the name of EVA started getting really condescending and defensive about such a simple issue/mistake and made me feel bad. I DO NOT recommend this boba place to anyone living in Folsom as you won’t leave with smile on your face,

There are other amazing Boba places such as T4 which have cheaper and just as tasty options for your boba needs.

I have been a few times. I used to have to wait to go to the Bay to get good che. I was sooo excited to see this place pop up. So far, the fruit addict is my favorite, with all the fruits I grew up eating ?

I order the same thing every time, normally it's very good. Today it had no taste hardly any color. Just taste like chopped ice

Owner is very friendly and is familiar with the menus and especially quick with expediting the orders. He worked alone but no worries as he’s got you for sure.

Very nice place, the drinks are very good. The only thing I was disappointed was on the pick up protocol well to be honest I don't think it was a protocol there was no sign that states "if you do a mobile order you need to present your online receipt to pick up your order." I placed an order online so I can pick it up during my lunch time. When I arrived to the shop I let the worker know that I had a online order that I had placed a few minutes ago and she asked to see the order receipt. I let her know that I had placed the order through my work email and did not have it with me but I confirmed all the details on the order and she told me that she was not able to give me my drink without me showing the receipt. When I asked her if she was going to refund my money she asked me what I order and then decided to give me my drink. I have done multiple order online and never have they ever told me to show them the receipt most places just confirm the order detail and they hand the order to the customer.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Bambu. If you’re not familiar, I would consider it a drink/vietnamese dessert place.There’s a lot of variety and if you’re not familiar, a lot of different textures in Vietnamese desserts. We tried the #1 Bambi special, #6 the mangonada and the pandan waffle. The lady kindly let me modify my drink to try the coconut jelly which was great! They drinks were made fresh and tasted great.

This Folsom Bambu location is my favorite since there are multiple bambu locations. I love their pandan waffles because it's chewy and delicious. Their halo halo is my all time favorite that Ialways come back for.

We went during the opening months ago in a hot summer day. The place was busy but we got our drinks relatively fast.- #10 Bambu favorite: this was a good dessert with pandan jelly, grass jelly & red tapioca. They gave quite generous toppings. It was creamy yet refreshing for a hot summer day.- #2 Bambu combo: my favorite since it had so many different toppings (red bean, mung bean, taro, pandan jelly, and boba). It was milky & creamy but I wish it was a tad less sweet for me.We will definitely come back to try different drinks.

I like Bambu in general but bring your own sweet and low packets. They don't provide any other fake sweeteners. Sometimes I cheat on my diet and take caution w the sugar so I will only come here if I remember to bring some.

I was super excited when I found out that this Bambu opened up. Squeal, like a middle school girl excited! Their che dessert drinks, mm mmmm. Pandan waffles - yes, ? please!TARO LOVER = love!! This is not your typical boba place. This is a Vietnamese che dessert drink spot with a sprinkling of boba drinks. Highly recommend going for their che drinks!! You won't be disappointed ?

Super cute interior. Lots of different Vietnamese desserts and coffee too! Way more unique than a typical boba shop. My husband and I found this place on accident while out to dinner and we will definitely be back.
