I still can not believe I just paid $4.25 for the SMALLEST scoop of ice cream I have ever seen in my life. I should of asked for a sample taste, because that's the amount they put in the cup. No wonder no one is ever in there. And they hide their prices online. Five dollars for a sliver of ice cream. Insane! NEVER AGAIN.

INCORRECT CAKE LABLES!!
If you're looking for a specific ice cream cake, this is NOT the location for you. Got my husband an ice cream cake labeled chocolate with mini chip ice cream. Once he cut a slice, we found out it was a white cake with cookies &cream ice cream. This was horrible as this is not what he wanted for his special day. Completely disappointed!! Will be going else where going forward. The only thing he asked for and yet still couldn't even get that small something special. Wasted 30$.

I had just called them asking if it was peanut allergy friendly, meaning if they take the allergy carefully when prepping food and the lady on the phone had said “I think you got the wrong number” to which I replied “is this Baskin-Robbin’s?” And she replied with “yes”. So i asked my question more clearly in case she didn’t hear me and then after a moment she hung up on me.

Buyer beware: when ordering a 2-scoop sundae, they give you KID scoops instead of regular scoops and no, they won’t tell you. I was so disappointed. I’m already spending $7.50. I asked why the scoops were so small, he said in an effort to keep the same amount of topping at a similar price point, that’s what they’re doing. Giving you less ice cream but plenty of whip cream. It took all of 4 bites. Totally unsatisfying. If anything, it left an ugly taste in my mouth. I am tired of retailers thinking consumers are stupid by giving you less but charging you more. Their sandwiches are good tho.
