I've tried this twice and both times fell flat. Everything feels incredibly overpriced.The first breakfast sandwich I had was very bland. Some salt and pepper would probably go a long way. I tried a different bagel (french toast) on my second attempt at the breakfast sandwich... This one was so overly sweet that I had to remove the top of the bagel from the sandwich. I've had other maple cinnamon bagels that are perfectly subtle... Not this one. Posh Bagel is a lot tastier and about the same price for a sandwich. Even BJ Cinnamon's croissant breakfast sandwich is much tastier and a couple bucks cheaper.I also tried a "jumbo" blueberry muffin. It was overcooked and tasted just like Betty Crocker muffin mix. Wayyyy overpriced at $4 and hardly what I would consider jumbo. Do yourself a favor and pick up a much fresher and tastier muffin at Sprouts just down the street for only about $2 at about the same size.Don't plan to give Big Apple Bagels a third try.

I have no pictures of these bagels, cause we ate them all!I’m so glad the Panera app was not working because I found the spot and now for sure I’m not gonna be going to Panera, I would much rather support smaller shop that’s got fresh any day!
I really enjoyed this place! Their customer service was great the owner was walking around asking if we needed anything. The place is really clean. We had a couple of breakfast bagels and they were yummy! I will definitely come back here to try more bagels and their spreads.

My daughter and I tried this place for the first time today. It was clean, the food was great. The owner was super nice and gave us a tour the whole shop. We will definitely be back to this shop

Went in this weekend and was pleased to see quite a few customers. My daughter's friend was working there. It's great that they are hiring and training local teens, giving them an opportunity to gain experience and earn some money. I love cheese bagels and was happy to see they had a few options. The bagels were nice and chewy. My only request is that they add a lox spread.

I'm so glad they opened a second location close to our house. They make the best bagels in our area. They have a wide variety of sweet and savory bagels, delicious cream cheeses, and muffins. There are a number of breakfast and lunch sandwiches on the menu. The owners and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything they make is fresh and delicious.

Big Apple Bagels is the BEST! Awesome service and delicious, fresh food. We’ve been eating at the EDH location since it opened but am so happy to hear another location opened in Folsom. Scott and crew are awesome!

I went in today expecting something unique and exciting. Nothing of the sort, a few muffins in the case, and a young man behind the register with no personality. No small cups for coffee, so the customer gets to pay for a large cup, and drink half of it.

Went in today and ordered a bagel and coffee. Both were great and the staff was so kind and helpful! Employees had such an infectiously happy attitude and I will definitely be back!

5 stars and it's only their SOFT opening! I dropped in on day 1 and it was fantastic. Both bagels I got for myself and my wife were so good, and the new staff in training was hard at work! Scott was on the POS system and the employees in training were on top of it grabbing my order and prepping it whole he was ringing me up...to the point where he turned around to do it and they were a step ahead! Very impressed with how things were, and looking forward to my next stop in! Just remember, it's still their SOFT opening and links will happen as employees continue to train and get acclimated! Very excited to have these guys much closer now! Cheers to another local family doing big things!
