I order a boba milk tea and when I got home I realized that they didn’t put any boba even tho I told them to put it on my drink and I was charged for it, disappointing.My boyfriend went and pick up the order for me it was on monday 18 of march around 8 pm

I visited this boba store encouraged by positive reviews, but the quality didn't justify the drive on this rainy day. Despite requesting oolong and classic milk tea with no ice and no sugar, I received two iced super sweet boba teas in the cold weather. While I appreciate supporting the community and fostering independence in high school kids, the cashier didn't seem attentive to customer preferences.

Walked in here craving a viet coffee & they did not disappoint! 3 types offered. I ordered the pink haze after reading a really great review about it. Black sesame doughnut was the perfect compliment! They do Dollar donuts on Tuesdays! The staff was so lovely as well. Clean environment,can’t wait to come back & try the yen 10 cheese!

This is a cute little boba shop with a very minimalistic natural feel. There's not much of a service here when we came. There a kiosk to order and then you just wait. When we went, there was only one person doing everything. The bear bottle cost and extra $2.50 for it. It's mostly for the photo cause drinking out of it is difficult. There's no hole for the straw to sit on, the straw is very short so you'll eventually lose it. Difficult to get the boba out. The tea and boba is yummy. I wish I could adjust sweetness and ice. The tea I got is wintermelon tea. It's yummy slightly on the sweeter side. The mochi donuts are yummy. My favorite flavor is the black sesame. The matcha and taro was delicious. It's a good boba place.

All of the Bober locations are unique and have super cute decor, and this one is no different! It's definitely one of the smaller stores, but they still managed to make room for a couple of Instagrammable photo ops and some bench seating for those waiting for their drinks. I enjoyed my Jasmine Green Tea since it was perfectly sweet. They have a cute little display for their MochiDough donuts as well. Parking is easy and there are lots of stores and restaurants around in walking distance!

Dear manager,I have a question. How come we don't have an option for "no ice" ? I called and the staff said they can do less ice but there's no option for no ice. I normally want to bring my family bobas and they live far away. At other places, I can order them without ice and my family just add ice when we get there. That way it doesn't change the taste or water down. It's disappointing that I can't do that at Bober. Anyway, thanks for hearing me venting. Bober is one of my favorite bobas place so I would love to keep coming back. Hoping for a change in the future :)
I really wasn't expecting this, but I was reached out by the owner a while back, and they offered to provide me a new box of 10 yen coins and a drink due to my previous experience with their 10 yen coins, which I completely understand, and they wanted to make things right as they were still working on it. I was super grateful for this kind gesture, and I was planning to go back to this location for their 10 yen coin sometime in the future too. Thank you!I went to claim the 10 yen coins and drink on Sunday. The place started getting a bit busier after I ordered, but I was fine with waiting as I understood that these coins might be difficult to make and can take longer than usual. The staff was able to provide us our drinks really quick, around 5-7 minutes. When providing the drinks, the staff sincerely apologized for the wait and let us know that it'll be a bit more time as they needed to prepare more cheese. About 10-15 minutes later, the staff gave us the 10 yen coins and a box of donuts. I do like the color of the 10 yen coins now compared to my last visit, and it tasted better than last time! But it still needs a little more crisp as it tasted like a pancake soft texture. It was still tasty! This location provided excellent service and the staff and owner were very kind.

Cutest boba place in folsom! I have never been to a boba shop with this good of customer service. The layout of the building is so cute too! Mine and my friends favorite boba place! 10/10 would recommend

bober has really grown on me since i first went! i'm not a huge fan of their thai tea -- it's too creamy maybe? but everything else i've had from here is DELICIOUS. their boba is so soft and melts in your mouth. their mochi donuts are some of the best i've had! they perfectly chewy with the yummiest flavors! if you're ballin on a budget, you can get a donut for $1 with a drink purchase on tuesdays! the staff are always friendly as well, and the decor is SO cute! highly recommend :)

By Black Sugar I mean Brown Sugar. I mean I got the Signature drink from the Brown Sugar Category, I believe it is the most expensive drink. It's my favorite drink so I couldn't be wrong. What I noticed that day was the brown sugar wok, which usually contain boba, got no boba but just sugar syrup. So I was confused if that is how this location is or not. Thanks for the clarification. I didn't notice it until I was already driving. Well, at least I know it should have boba. No worry.And it was about 3 months ago, not recent.
