I live about 25 mins away from Brewmeister so I put in a pickup order for hops and three different grains in small amounts of a 1 gallon brew, when I checked the bag a week later I realized they didn't include the grain. I figured whatever, it was like $5 and I want to support a local home brew store. So I put in another order and drive up there again (they are fast about fulfilling orders). When I get home and open the bag it appears they either only gave me one of the type of grain, or they mixed the three together, which doesn't make any sense to me since why would Brewmeister assume how I'm going to use the different grains. When I called they said that is what they do unless I leave a note in the order. Disappointing experience.

Just took the brewing class on saturday with Aaron and Ray and had a great time! Entire staffwas extremely friendly and helpful and ready and willing to answer any and all questions you have about brewing from beginning to end. We have never brewed before and were Nervous and concerned about the complexity of the chemistry and equipment involved with home brewing, but felt capable and confident to now begin trying to brew at home. We had a great time, Learned a lot and would encourage anyone thinking about starting home brewing to take this class.
