Bring a boat full of money because they're very proud of their food, but it is very good.

Great Philly and fries, but took almost 30 minutes to get the food.
I know they might have gotten slammed at opening, so I will give them another chance and update.

The food was okay, somewhat bland. I purchased a cheesesteak and it was pretty pricey. Service was nice and the restaurant was clean. :)

These are some of the best sandwiches I have had in the area! The bread is always nice and soft, all the ingredients are fresh and taste great. Then 2 for deal is insane. Small sub with a salad. Salads are huge and taste fantastic. I have a kid that would get the hot Bobbie every day if they could, she loves thanksgiving and this brings her joy. And if I am being honest I could probably eat at capriottis every day also. Only thing that's not great is the parking, but that's totally out of their hands, it's a new community and the restaurants located here are popular

It's new it's couture, it's ...
Perhaps I should have made my own sandwich ...
Mayo and mustard goes on both top and bottom not just the bottom ... please pepper my meat ... not my cheese ...
I hope Caps figures it out ... given time ...
I'm not used to extremely dry sandwiches or having all the pepper folded into the crack of my cheese ...
They have great food, fresh and flavorful ... but then hired ex Subway employees to put it all together ...

It was my second time and the food is good.unfortunately, I found hair in the sandwich which was disgusting. I showed the sandwich to them, and they just said, they can make me another one which I said no. I hate to give a new business bad rating which might affect their business. But it is a big NO to find hair in the sandwich. The hair did not bother me that much that the way they handle the situation. No apology or reaching out to our table and ask how they can fix that terrible experience, or they could offer a refund for the food that I returned. And I am not saying all my money, at least for the portion I returned. I believe if a business in food industry would like to survive, they should learn how to handle situations that happened as the result of their of actions.

Greatest sandwich shop in have been to. Loved the staff and the area it was in, this is a no brainer for a sandwich.
Kid-friendliness: I'm 13 and loved the staffs service, attitude, and food.
Wheelchair accessibility: I saw a disabled person come in and they were treated nice and got an accessible seat.

Tried to get the $3 off coupon by reviewing my visit. Impossible. Corporate in Las Vegas sent me so many links, even to the cloud, but couldn't manage to get me a $3 off coupon. Cheesesteak was ok, but overpriced, and now I see why. I'll stick to CA native eateries: In n Out, The Habit, and Beachhut Deli. If I crave an Italian sub I'll go to Jersey Mike's. Not a big fan of turkey anyway.

I grew up in Wilmington, Delaware where Capriotti's originated and moved out to California as an adult. I was so delighted to find out that they made their way to California. Decided to give it a try and was not disappointed. The nostalgia! I was worried the quality would be lesser as it's been so many years and so far away from where it came from, but it was delicious. Super soft bread, perfectly melted cheese, great meat portions, and distribution of toppings. Thank you!

First time in. My wife and I got both a classic cheesesteak and a chicken -cheesesteak and split 50:50. A+ on both. We'll be back.
