Restaurant is clean, order is correct as ordered. Steve seems to recognize his regulars and thanks customers for choosing Carls Jr, which caught me off guard since most other Carls Jr act like you owe it to them to go there.

I was hot and hungry after a 3 hour dog agility training lesson with 2 of my dogs. It was a 40min drive home. A burger and shake was $17 (even). I thought it was pricey but I was desperate (missed breakfast) and it was 1pm. I drank the shake on my way home. I ate the burger once home. It was a burger, not particularly memorable. Of note later in the week, a local steakhouse had 1/2 lb burgers for $5 each for 2 consecutive weekdays. I will be watchful and plan better.

Food is what you would expect from Carl’s Jr, only problem is they consistently forget items. This time I ordered three combos. Three burgers, three drinks, TWO fries. It’s not that difficult! Unfortunately it’s also not surprising anymore. Don’t wait until you leave to check your order, sit there in the DT for as long as it takes because I guarantee you they are not checking it before they give it to you.

So l have the Carl's Jr app on my phone. My wife and me arrived at the restaurant and sat down using the app to order. Except the order wouldn't go thru. It said, "Unable to Validate bag". Tried to order the exact same thing on the register, but it was almost $10 more for the order. I asked if someone could help me and the manager Steven came
He looked at the order on my app and said I was doing everything correctly, but didn't know why it wasn't working.
I asked if he would honor the price and just ring it up on the register. He said "no, I don't manage the app". I am a manager myself and would have gone out of my way to make the customer happy and have them leave without taking care of them. Totally unacceptable service!

Drive thur had an attitude at the start for no reason on a simple order, then I clearly order my food and you still got it wrong after u said it back (had a make a trip back to get the rest of the order) good job HALIEY, try caring about your job, your getting paid $20 an hour for a easy as job that requires no talent.

Buyer beware. This location will serve room temp. soupy milkshakes. They make them hours in advance and refreeze them. We have been served soupy milkshakes 3 time within the last year. Only tasted the first one and the milk was absolutely spoiled. I am glad we did not get sick, but the next person may not be as lucky. These "milkshakes" are a health risk.
