Trying again to post! Stopped in to Carl's Jr. on East Bidwell in Folsom, CA. The manager was prompt to take my order, brought my food to the table and checked on me to see if I needed anything! You don't often see this level of service anymore! Very friendly, the food was great and this restaurant is spotless! Wish all Carl's Jr's were run like the Folsom restaurant!

GM Michael created a sale for rodeo week on western burger. We love western and this was less than going to in-n-out. Michael was kind and service was quick. We loved it and he told us he was creating a western Wednesday discount on western burger soon. Go to this location and you won't be disappointed

Always choose this Carl’s! The Manager, Sati, is so friendly and professional. We usually do the drive through, but went in for the first time today. Clean! Best thing about this Carl’s is the food is ALWAYS amazing! Juicy, perfectly prepared and hot! Only place to get yummy AND hot burger and my fav Charbroiled Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich. Sooo delish! Keep up the excellent work, Sati!

I came in on my lunch break and when I walked in I waited for about 2-3 minutes while the only two people working there were having a conversation, that isn’t even the problem as I’m sure they didn’t see me and I was the only one there so I understand talking when the store is slow, we do that at my job too. However when I got my food, my burger was absolutely SOAKED, I’m not the type of person to complain in person and make a scene or make peoples jobs harder because that’s not who I am, but I will write this review instead. I tried to eat as much of it as I could stomach but my hands were so wet and slimy I nearly considered leaving my phone on the table while I went to wash my hands, the fries were fine and so was my drink of course, but I’ve come here a few times before and never had a single issue, but it’s like my burger took a swim.
