today (thursday) i dined at the Carls Jr. at around 3pm PST via drive through and i ordered the 2 for 5 deal, when i arrived at the window, this younger slim African American lady was giving me facial attitude from the moment of the purchase, when i handed her change in cash, she seemed upset and gave me a weird face, even though i like paying in cash, and today i had a few dollar bills to use, she then told me to go wait in the parking lot ( which is fine , even though i havent been told this by other employees there previously upon ordering the same combo, went there waited for 10 MINUTES! then she brought my food out, handed it to me in the most meanest fashion and walked away without saying a SINGLE WORD, HOW DISRESPECTFUL OF HER, even though i said thank you so much, she returned that energy with nothing but passive silent negativity, this establishment deserves better than this, and if she remains, i will no longer be a regular customer at this carls jr! period.PS: she didnt even give me syrup with my french sticks.......... proof below

Joan at the drive-thru window spoke clearly, was polite & efficient. When she learned my chicken strips would be delayed, she asked me to park in front of the building so someone could deliver the order to me. When my order came out, I was surprised to learn they had given me an extra treat for having to wait. My order was correct, and the chicken was very hot and delicious. I'm impressed!

I decided to give Carl's Jr. a chance after not having been there in years. I was craving chicken tenders and didn't want to drive to Kikis. I was sorely wrong to do this. Th chicken tenders I received were so tough and dried out I could barely choke them down, they tasted like they had been sitting there for days and were refried upon my order. I feel like sometimes drive throughs do this, because they know the chances of you returning your order are slim to none. And this was during lunchtime not even like it was off hours. I hope this location goes out of business! I will never ever go to Carl's Jr.'s again.

The gentleman at the drive-through window this morning was extremely pleasant. Assuming he is a shift lead or manager based on the polo he was wearing but he made my morning better from his positive attitude, and I appreciate that.

Tried Spicy Chicken sandwich and beyond meet burger. The first one was a bit saggy. So did not enjoy much. 2nd one was very good.Excellent service though.

They kicked me and my friends out for eating their food and we didnt do anything else. They also got angry at us for sitting their and talking. They kicked us out for saying they falsely accusing us of shooting us.

Decent location, conveniently located on East bidwelll Street and and Blue ravine Rd. The drive thru was fairly fast and the staff is polite. The location is a little hidden in the back parking lot across from the target nearby.

Just placed an otder through the app using my points to get a breakfast burrito. Went in to pick it up and apparently it did not show up at the location. The manager at the counter said " Sorry, nothing I can do" I showed her my receipt & notice that the order was received...."Sorry. nothing I can do. I can take your order hete." How about you take care of your customer by making a lousy breakfast burrito when they show you all the documentation for the purchase? Tha failure of your app doesnt mean anything to me, THE CUSTOMER.Going to be a fat while before I set foot in a CJ'S again...Nice going, lady...way to take care of your CUSTOMER.
