The worst display of food that I've seen. Burger looks like the cook was mad & just slapped the patty and pickles on the bread & didn't even care that it was all to one side of the burger. The ketchup & mustard was literally dripping everywhere like the burger was drowning in sauce. I won't be coming back to this location. Considering its in a good area I thought it was gonna be at least presentable but it was indeed disappointing. If I could give zero stars I would this was awful

Arrived at 9:45 pm in the drive through. Ordered 2 beyond famous stars. They told me it would be 15-25 mins as if that was to deter me. I asked for crisscut fries, they said they could not do those because of the time?

I don't know where the employees were, but I stood there for at least 5 minutes waiting for any sign of life. When a girl finally saw me, a male employee walked out holding a coffee in one hand. He ignored me and took a drive thru order. Afterwards, he said , sorry for the wait and took my order. Girl with drive thru head set was flirty with the male worker when I came back from the bathroom. Just very unprofessional customer service.
Visited the drive-thru, no other customers in line and the restaurant was empty and I still had to park to wait for my food. Waited about 7 minutes for chicken strips. Fries were cold.

Super loud drive thru speaker. Girl at window didn’t speak a single word to me up until she handed me my food and even that was a quiet “have a good day”. Please coach her to make the customer service a little bit better

The female cashiers were talking about their weekend and how they got into a fight with some other girls and a bunch of ghetto talk. And the guy who made my Jalepeno burger didn’t shake the water out of the jar and just scooped jalapeños on the burger, my burger was soggy before I left the parking lot. Lost my appetite.
