This is a great vegetarian Indian restaurant. Their vegan items are clearly labeled which I really appreciate. It makes ordering so much easier. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They've told me that they can make most of their items vegan and substitute out ingredients if needed. They are super mindful if you order vegan items and will take extra care to ensure it's all vegan. It's very good Indian food, but it's not the best I've ever had. I give them an extra star because of their excellent service and how willing they are to accommodate their menu. I highly recommend their Gobi Manchurian!

We are so happy we stopped in for a bite to eat- the prices are great, portions are big, and the food was delicious We got the Channa masala, pakora, and Aloo Muttar- all very good!

Why so expensive for such less quantity??? It's not like it was exceptional taste or anything... wadapav was sweet... samosa chat was too spicy. I would give 0 stars if I could.

UPDATE: Received a response from the owner (see below) seems like a honest review is dissed at. The owner is so upset about the review that my review history is being checked instead of making effort at the food quality. Yes, I have written reviews about criticism so that people do understand the different point of view and that they might not get their money's worth at a place like this one. And talking about other Indian restaurants, I can definitely name a few that are better quality and quantity for comparable prices. Readers, please check out for yourselves - Mylapore, Mantra, Sanskrit, Curries & Biryanis Folsom

RESTAURANT OWNER RESPONSE: Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the food didn’t meet your expectations. If you encountered any issues, such as the vada pav being too sweet or the samosa chaat being too spicy, a quick call to us would have allowed us to address the problem immediately and prepare new items for you. Please also consider that many restaurants in Folsom serve the same quantity and price for the same items. Additionally, looking at your reviews given history many people including myself can tell that you nothing nice to say about any restaurant let alone mine so your opinion here does not make a impact on my business, or in fact any business in the Greater Sacramento Area. I kindly request for you or anyone reading this to view your reviews given to prove my point.

The food here is Amazing, best Indian food I’ve had in the US or UK…hands down! We are not vegetarian, but none of us miss the meat at all when we are here. The Paneer tikka masala and veggie korma are wonderful! This is a family run restaurant, friendly and nice atmosphere, clean, good quality food. The parents (owners/ chef) and the daughter who takes the orders and serves are all so nice. You will love your dinner here!

We get our favorite Indian food here. It can be vegan, although there are some fairly oily deep-fried dishes. The spice level (Medium for us) is compatible with Mexican / Hot Salsa spicy. They've been consistently fresh, and tasty. I only order vegan, so I'm not sure if they serve meat. I believe they have dairy (Lassi) drinks...but not my jam, so...

Our group of 30 individuals had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional culinary services provided by Mrs. Jalpa and Mr. Ajay. They demonstrated remarkable attention to detail in catering to the dietary requirements of our eight Jain members, ensuring that a diverse range of dishes were meticulously prepared to accommodate their specific needs. The authentic Indian cuisine offered at this establishment is truly remarkable, delivering an exquisite taste experience that we highly recommend to all.

We Love ❤️ Chaat Paradise in Folsom and when you speak to the owner Jalpaben, you can see the hard work and focus on Quality at a reasonable price. Give them a try if you like Chaat or Gujarati Thali. Yummy. Enjoy

Vegetarian options: Everything here’s Vegetarian and Yummy. Indians and non-Indians would love ❤️ the selections of Veg dishes which can be customized to your taste- less spicy and so on.

Kid-friendliness: They have many Indian Veg dishes that kids would love.

Hands down the best Mumbai style chat in the Folsom/ Sacramento area. My entire family loves their vada pav , Dabeli, Paav Bhaaji and Sev puri those are our usual favorites. But their freshly made sweets and Namkeen are the best that you could ever get in Sacramento or even in Bay Area. My personal favorites are Besan Barfi, Mohanthal and Chakali.

Vegetarian options: Vada Paav, Dabeli. And their freshly made snacks
