Another fantastic b- day meal at Chicago Fire! Andrew, our server was professional, impeccable and friendly. The wings and deep dish were fantastic as always. I've said it before, Chicago Fire has the best wings!

We go here regularly & the food is good. The service, on the others hand, is going downhill. Despite being two-thirds empty, we always seem to get seated in some out of the way corner & the service is excruciating slow. I'm fine with waiting 45 minutes for deep-dish. What is not acceptable is being ignored for 15 minutes after being seated, no waiter check-ins or water refills & having to track down the manager to get the check after 20 minutes of waiting. All this most recently happened on 3/20/24. There were more workers than customers & the staff was more interested in playing grab-ass with each other than they were in taking care of customers. I spoke to the manager & she didn't seem to care.

So went in for a last minute dinner, to which Andrew was our server. He was awesome while waiting tables and running the bar, most excellent service. Had thin crust pepperoni pizza cooked just right. Had a pear salad, salad had alittle smidgen too much dressing by my choice but all and all, good meal had by all.
