They had the access to the handicapped parking blocked off so I had to park a couple hundred yards and walk with My cane. The hot and spicy sandwich was over cooked and quite dry. My wife had the nuggets which she said were fine

I’ve eaten here numerous times, 5/5, but the most recent visit didn’t meet any standards. My food was cold, chicken in my sandwich not even warmed at all. Fries were not hot either. I’m not sure if it had anything to do with visiting in the later hours or poorly trained staff, just beware.

Manager is incredibly rude, staff rush you and then mess up your order. After dealing with the manager for 15 minutes about our sandwiches being made wrong we got 2 cold sandwiches and just gave up and left.

IDK what's happening with rude employees but Folsom has lost their touch. Not by the younger employees but by the Manager or Supervisor working was a complete jerk. 5/09/2025 @5:40 pm.

Today, the Manager decided today was not the day. Ok? Then continued to give attitude about the method of payment (debit). I expect this at Popeyes...which is a better sandwich btw but too far from me.
If a Mgr can't handle being fake nice at an established known to be nice, then work at the DMV where being a jerk is expected.

The food is normal-ok service is ok the PARKING is Outrageous! That's is why I wouldn't recommend eating here.. There ADA parking is blocked off traffic is literally everywhere.
