I don’t love leaving negative reviews, but hopefully this helps since the restaurant is still new. I was really hoping we’d finally get a good chicken spot, but this just missed the mark. The chicken was very soggy and had no flavor at all — no seasoning, no spices, nothing. I only got through a couple of bites before tossing it. The fries were also soggy and tasted like old oil, and the bread came out plain with no butter or seasoning. The one highlight was the sauce, which was tasty, but for a $21 meal, the quality just wasn’t there. Overall it felt like a waste of money, and I won’t be coming back.

Tried both the chicken and beef burgers. The food was made well and was very fresh. The milkshake didn’t look like the pictures at all. Biggest problem is the price, but overall the experience was good.

Best “fast food” burger in Sacramento - and beyond. The chicken is good, too, but for me it’s the Wagyu burger, with the crispy onion strings, the arugula, the chimichurri, the brioche bun - am I forgetting anything? The beef is outstanding, the toppings creative and delicious. The base wagyu burger changed recently to more “standard” toppings, but I still love the original best. So juicy, so filling.
Also, very friendly and prompt service and when it’s good weather, very pleasant to sit on the patio out front.
Last but not least, are we sick of places that don’t offer full service but default the preloaded tipping options to start at 18% and run up as high as 25 or 30%? Chick-n-burger has the humility and good sense to offer lower starting options so you feel good about tipping something normal rather than being made to feel like a cheapskate - I very much appreciate the opportunity to tip “above and beyond” rather than “customizing” below the lowest option! The prices here are very reasonable and the food and good service are a great value.

The wagyu beef burger was heavenly. The meat literally melts in your mouth. I hate that they don’t have a location in Roseville/Rocklin area. They are Halal.
We love coming back to Chick n Burger. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Their Nashville chicken is the best!

I Ordered the Food for Lunch and 2 of my coworkers joined in. I ordered a Chicken burger and they ordered 2 Wagyu Burgers. It taste good but it was lacking flavor. At least with the Chicken I even got a Extra sauce and it still lacked in seasoning. My 2 Coworkers were a little disappointed maybe we had high hopes. the Jalapeno Monster is good raw Jalapeno. Nashville Sauce Mild had some flavor. It was put together really well the fries were regular like canes well enough to serve. Don't get me wrong it was good for nutrients but the sides were lacking. The Pickles sucked I got extra and my coworker didn't get any and he said he was sad just looking at them. He brought in homemade pickles so we ended up substituting them. Id give a 3 in a half if I could.

Hands down the best chicken burger I’ve ever had. The chicken was perfectly crispy, lightly breaded with just the right crunch, not heavy or greasy. The bun was soft, flavorful, and practically melted in my mouth. The fries were spot-on: golden, crisp, and well-seasoned. The entire meal was an incredible value, especially with fries and a drink included.
To top it all off, the tres leches cake was the perfect sweet finish rich, moist, and absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave excellent recommendations, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Service was excellent. The staff made great recommendations and were helpful with our ordering.
Kids (8 and 10yo) loved it. Cleaned their plates completely. The options of fries and Mac n cheese makes it easy to accommodate picky kids.
Very good portions and great taste. Good value for the pricing.
