Went to Chili's for lunch before an afternoon movie at the theater next door. Menu was good with a lot of choices. Food was great and service was excellent. I liked the ability to pay at the terminal at our table. All in all, it was a great experience.

Absolutely a horrible experience from the food to the service. Even the manager had an attitude and tried to appease us by offering a $5 gift card. Our order was completely wrong and no one was willing to correct the errors. We waited far too long for food to come out and when it did, it wasn’t correct. I won’t ever go back to this location!

Overall the food was good and the drinks were fantastic. However the server we had tonight was really pushy and rushed us through our meal to pay. Besides that everything else was great

Stayed in hotel nearby, hiked 8+ miles and Chili's was best option for a salad. Best Chili's experience I've ever had.
Colin was bartending, suggested beer based on request. (Excellent choice). He made suggestions when I chose the Sante Fe salad which was appreciated because I don't like spicy.
I overheard him with other customers and he consistently provided the same attention.
I was pleased with the food and service. 😺

I had the Baby Back ribs and the wife had the Cajun Pasta with Chicken. We both liked our meals and Joesph was a good waiter.

I don’t like to write negative reviews, but I definitely did not have a good experience here today. My boyfriend and I dined in and he happen to get a margarita and I got a lemonade. Like any normal couple we share food and drinks. For more context, we are both over the age of 21 and are actually in our mid 20s. He was ID of course and we got our drinks. We waited for our food and in the mist of it my boyfriend saw four to five employees staring at us across the room right at our table. That was kind of uncomfortable bc all we were doing was scrolling on our phones and waiting for the food. Anyways, the whole time the employees would walk past us, stare at our direction and whisper to each other. They did this right in front of us too like we couldn’t hear that they were talking abt us. It wasn’t until our waitress, Marisol I believe walked up to me and said I need to see your ID in a rude demeanor. I wasn’t carrying my purse because I wasn’t the one paying but I happen to have a picture of it in my phone. When I told her I didn’t have a physical copy of it. She said that’s not my problem and you can’t have this and snatched the drink off of our table. It was honestly humiliating because she was being loud and drawing the attention to our table. She also stated that I wasn’t even 21 lol which is confusing because she saw a photo of my ID with my DOB where it clearly said I was over 21 and born in 2001. Well, after she snatched the drink she goes on to say I’m gonna go get my manager. I never even asked for her manager because i’m not a problematic person at all. My bf and I were just going to leave and not come back. To summit up, the manager comes up to us, tells us that there’s some law in California that doesn’t permit them to accept photos of IDs and told me that her waitress can get fined up to $400 and lose her job just bc I was drinking out of his drink. I honestly should’ve responded the same thing… “That’s not my problem” but I also understood where they were coming from. The manager was actually nice. She didn’t have any attitude whatsoever. She just wanted us to understand where they were coming from, but I honestly I feel like the real issue wasn’t resolved after I had mentioned her employees behavior. She didn’t say anything about it. All she offered was to give us a refund on the $6 drink that we already paid for. I really could care less about the refund, but it was not ok that the waitress behaved that way and she should be talked to and disciplined about it. Couples go out all the time in the afternoon after work to have a good time at places like these, but clearly this is not a place where you can share food and drinks with your partner and relax when you’re constantly getting stared and whispered by the employees and put an uncomfortable situation like the one I had to encounter.

I'd love to give 5 stars, but can't this time.
Our silverware want just unclean, it was a if they had taken it from another guests table after they left, and given it straight to us!
CHECK YOUR CUTLERY BEFORE USING IT!

I thought I would give them another chance. Because my friends wanted to go there since it was close. Service was good. But the portions have just shrunk. Just tiny. I had the chicken fajitas, almost zero flavor. I’ve had better food at a buffet. I think I’m totally completely done with Chili’s.
If you’re a manager at Chili’s don’t bother replying to me.
I won’t be back in there.
