It was my first time at a chipotle in 12 years. I was able to split a bowl eith my husband. And not be hungry afterwards

Of course the food was good, but there was ONLY one person doing everything. Ppl at the back, other ppl eating on a table, etc. I was literally 3rd in line and had to wait for like 15-20 minutes.

I didn't even read the reviews until right before I posted. I would have to agree smallest portions of any Chipotle. I had to buy double chicken and it's still not the size of a regular chicken scoop from any other location.. will definitely not be coming back to this one.

BEST Chipolte in Folsom/entire area by far!
Victor and Ryan were so helpful and saved me $ by telling me I can buy “just a side of chicken”! Every other time I’ve gotten just chicken, I get charged for a bowl and it’s so frustrating 😬

So I sat here and had TWO sides of chicken dipped in hot sauce, yeah I like it like that🙃

I then made an order to take home for my better half, and they made his custom “off menu” order just as he likes it😊

This spot was super busy too while I was here and all the employees were smiling, happy and not stressed at all, just a totally different atmosphere here than the other Chipotle’s around.

I’ll go out of my way to come to this one from now on.

I ordered my food through Grubhub, but I forgot to include the vegetables and sour cream. I politely asked one of the male staff members if I could get what was missing, since he was the one who had prepared it. Instead of responding, he just looked annoyed, ignored me, and walked to the back. I then noticed him with other male staff members, laughing and talking in a way that felt like they were making fun of me.

As an Asian customer with an accent, I couldn’t help but feel like I was being disrespected and possibly discriminated against. They didn’t answer my question, didn’t acknowledge me, and treated me as if I wasn’t even worth responding to. That level of rudeness is shocking, and it left me feeling extremely uncomfortable.

Thankfully, another staff member eventually came to ask what I needed and gave me the items, but the initial treatment I received was unacceptable. Being ignored, mocked, and disrespected by multiple staff members is not something I’ve ever experienced before, and it completely ruined what should have been a simple food order.

Love Chipotle and this location is great, clean friendly and fast. My favorite is the honey Chipotle chicken followed closely by carnitas!

Please hire people who actually seem like they don't hate their job. I came in at 4:28 and the guy who was portinioning the rice rolled his eyes at me when I asked for more rice because I barely got any and then the girl portioning the topping was rude to me and glaring at me and my boyfriend and just walked away as I asked for a side of something. Where is the customer service.

I just watched an employee put a qusadilla in the the oven, proceeded to touch and look In a trashcan then continued packaging the quesadilla without changing gloves.

Very disappointed. I was here on July 5th at 6 PM. We ordered two bowls, and each one had only half a portion. The meat was barely scraped from the sides, and they sprinkled maybe one gram of cheese. I asked for more, and they added just another tiny bit. I bought it because I was really hungry, but I’m so upset about what’s happened to Chipotle.

The chicken was burnt! Whole bowl was awful, because of burning bitter taste. 2 whole portions went to the trash! It was the last time I bought meal here!
