Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was served hot and well prepared. Staff was responsive to requests. Restaurant was typical of Chipotle but clean. Will return.

Hi my name is Michael my first time coming to this location store was one of the worst experience I ever had they have the worst customer service ever the dining was really dirty I spoke to the manager the way the manager communication has no social skill no communication skills and I understand why the employees work the way they work I'm so disappointed at this location chipotle should hire better management with social skills and communication skills.

Don’t plan on eating here anywhere close to closing time. I got here a few minutes before 9:00pm. One hour before they close and they were already out of certain items and was told they would not be replenishing due closing an hour away. Next everyone was busy cleaning up to close. I guess so they can walk out the door right at 10:00pm. Also they will make you gather up your meal and move to another table so they can store their outside stuff.

Skimped my bowl so much. Tiniest bowl I’ve ever gotten from chipotle. Also they don’t cut their onions well enough so my pico de gallo was just onions and barely any tomatoes. Go to another chipotle if you can.

Ordered online 3 burritos, 1 was so wrong that hubby says he doesn't want chipotle again because this isn't the first time.

Big guy who took order was friendly but all of the remaining ladies on the line didn't smile at all.

Just picked up our order on Oct. 30th @ 7:10pm. We got 5 tacos and each one literally had 3 pieces of chicken. It was shocking honestly haha. When you're spending $20 on tacos you kind of expect to get the meat...especially since the app says it'll have a certain amount of calories. so yeah. After driving 15 minutes home we opened it up to see that. We won't be returning to this location I guess.

Update: We have contacted through the page the owner shared and have not heard back.

I haven’t eaten Chipotle in years. I enter this store at around 9 PM on a Friday night. There were only a couple people eating inside and the first thing I noticed was how messy it was. Every table had pieces of food all over them and food on the ground too. There was nothing wrong with the food, but the guy taking my order was a bit subdued and hard to hear.

Honestly the woman at the counter was cold. There was no love put into the work she was providing. Perhaps she was having a bad day personally. The Quality of food was excellent though..my advice to the woman who served us... let the personal stuff go. Like use work as a place where you can literally leave all your personal drama at the door and become someone else for your patrons. I know its not easy at first. You're still young, but girl, I'm telling you from the experience of someone who has been in customer service for 24 years, you will have an amazing career and be an exceptional employee, the day you realize you can be anybody you wanna be the moment you clock in. You got this mama.

Good Food

Ordered a BOWL online and they made a burrito with the tiniest of portion sizes, wrapped it in foil, and placed the burrito into a bowl, leading me to believe my order was correct only to find out upon coming home that it was a burrito and not a bowl. Yes I can scrape out the small portion of food that was in the tortilla and make it a bowl but I shouldn’t have to. Furthermore it was missing pico. Such a shame I will never return to this location again.

I ordered a chicken burrito & a kids meal. This young guy was making my burrito with the smallest amount of food possible. The rice was barely palm sized, then came the ten pinto beans. I calmly say, "Can I have some more food?" You dude looked at me like I was asking for his mom's lunch. Are we serious, today? I am paying $17.46 for these two empty containers, use your arm and put some more food in them. I tell them I would like chips & a fountain drink for the kids meal. We get to paying and she just stares at me as if I am not going to collect the rest of the items. Ma'am & Sir, wake up I need the chips & fountain drink please. That entire experience sucked.
