Please hire people who actually seem like they don't hate their job. I came in at 4:28 and the guy who was portinioning the rice rolled his eyes at me when I asked for more rice because I barely got any and then the girl portioning the topping was rude to me and glaring at me and my boyfriend and just walked away as I asked for a side of something. Where is the customer service.

I just watched an employee put a qusadilla in the the oven, proceeded to touch and look In a trashcan then continued packaging the quesadilla without changing gloves.

Very disappointed. I was here on July 5th at 6 PM. We ordered two bowls, and each one had only half a portion. The meat was barely scraped from the sides, and they sprinkled maybe one gram of cheese. I asked for more, and they added just another tiny bit. I bought it because I was really hungry, but I’m so upset about what’s happened to Chipotle.

The chicken was burnt! Whole bowl was awful, because of burning bitter taste. 2 whole portions went to the trash! It was the last time I bought meal here!

This Chipotle location is consistently disappointing. I’ve ordered from here about five times in the past month, and the quality has been poor every time. Just look at the $6 guacamole—it’s filled with large, oxidized brown chunks of avocado. It’s unappetizing. The food overall is subpar and always packaged sloppily. I won’t be coming back. From now on, I’ll be going to the location across town.

My teenage son LOVES Chipotle and this is where he always wants to eat. We used to eat here more as a family - but as a family of 6 it’s out of the budget now. Especially every time when I get the kids meals the chicken is super dry and my kids won’t eat it.

We now just stick with the chips and guacamole and burrito bowls.

They give very small portions now. You can ask for more, but the staff seems annoyed.

I'm not sure if this is a new Chipotle policy, a decision at this specific location, or just a mistake by the staff — but the portions they give are noticeably small.
Other reviewers have said the same thing, so it doesn’t seem like a one-time issue.

If you ask for more food, they usually give it without charging extra. However, the staff often look unhappy or act cold, which makes the experience uncomfortable.

Chipotle used to be known for generous portions. If they suddenly cut back, customers will feel disappointed and even angry. That kind of change could end up helping their competitors. I hope they realize this and adjust accordingly.

We have been driving a little over a mile further than the chipotle that's closest to our house to eat at this one on Iron Point by Best Buy, for more then 5 years now. They must have more constructive, inspiring, organized leadership, or something; whatever it is, to explain their superior execution of what we all hope to experience on a visit to chipotle. I always try to remember to bring cash with me because their card machine isn't set up for it, which I think is bogus. They're the ones who make me want to go back, they deserve to see monetary proof of that.

Hi my name is Michael my first time coming to this location store was one of the worst experience I ever had they have the worst customer service ever the dining was really dirty I spoke to the manager the way the manager communication has no social skill no communication skills and I understand why the employees work the way they work I'm so disappointed at this location chipotle should hire better management with social skills and communication skills.

Don’t plan on eating here anywhere close to closing time. I got here a few minutes before 9:00pm. One hour before they close and they were already out of certain items and was told they would not be replenishing due closing an hour away. Next everyone was busy cleaning up to close. I guess so they can walk out the door right at 10:00pm. Also they will make you gather up your meal and move to another table so they can store their outside stuff.
