Just moved out here to try the spot. Who ever is taking orders at the register needs to pay more attention then chit chatting. It wasn't even busy and still managed to mess up the day. Fortunately, the baurista was very nice and tried to comp a drink or a crossaint but after like 15 just had to rush to work. So if you are cutting it close and think you can squeeze in a coffee stop be careful.

Coffee is good. But, extremely pricey considering a large is really a medium at any other Coffee shop. $26 for 2 large mocha lattes and 2 kids hot chocolate. Just too much money.

Entitled Barista(s).
Terrible customer service.

Requested light ice matcha oat latte and got extra ice, triple (low quality) matcha that had me wired for the rest of the day, plus a terrible attitude from the Barista.

Not to mention that I NICELY asked for light ice a couple of times when I placed the order.
NEVER COMING BACK.

I love their coffe, one of the best for sure but 2nd time at their location once in Folsom and once in sac location they don’t serve food past certain time. We came at 3:30 and they were already “cleaning” their kitchen. Why are you cleaning your kitchen when you close at 5 PM? Pastry we got was dry, not fresh. Bathroom is dirty. Overall nice atmosphere, but come on you can do better.

some worker gave me a free latte maybe he was hitting on me

Not too happy, I came here today. Got an iced oat milk mocha. I paid extra for oat milk because I’m lactose intolerant. Let’s just say I’ve been in the bathroom all day because they put whole milk in my coffee. I paid $8 with tip for a stomach ache..

My coffee was awful and the service was horrendous I would not recommend

Stopped off here bc we didn’t want the standard Starbucks. My boyfriend who is NOT a coffee drinker and who only has had Starbucks drinks asked for something similar to a caramel frappe, the young lady behind the countered laughed and we joked about it. I ordered my drink. Everyone around us were getting their names called expect for us. The young lady looked at me and said “your drinks have been sitting there” with an annoyed look and tone.
Guess we didn’t fit the standard EDH customer which means we don’t get good customer service like one either 🤷🏻‍♀️

Won’t be going to back with my hard earned $$.
