All the ice cream is yummy and employees are all helpful and kind. And the owner is a humble kind human being who gives back to the community. *Schedule a kids party 🥳 or gathering. They have outdoor area to sit and relax.

Folks, let me tell you, this Cold Stone Creamery in Folsom, is fantastic. The best, really. I mean, nobody makes ice cream like they do. Nobody. I was there just the other day, and believe me, it was tremendous. The flavors? Huge. The portions? Bigly. And the people? Great, great people. They're working hard, making America—and your taste buds—great again.

And the mix-ins? Unbelievable. They've got everything. The best ingredients, the best combinations. I don't know how they do it, but they do it, and they do it better than anyone else. All the other ice cream places? Sad. Low energy. They can't compete. Cold Stone Folsom is winning, and it's winning big.

So, go to Cold Stone. You won't be disappointed. It's a winner. Just like you, and just like me. Believe me.

i’m not sure his name but he was working may 21 around 5:45pm and was so so sweet! So kind and accommodating and energetic! Even with all out ice cream changes lol! Great guy so sweet so nice and happy and as always great ice cream!!

We came excited and we left disappointed.
Just look at this strawberry. Is this how you chop the toppings into the ice cream?
Also their machine has a problem and it the ice creams were melting. Really really sad.

Worst experience with the customer service. They wrote the name wrong, when i asked them to correct it this is what i got.

This is fun place to have ice cream and they have beautiful cakes for birthday parties. The staff are very friendly and it's fun to watch them mix the condiments for your order.
