The food was very good and the menu had lots of options. Our server was very attentive. We were seated on the deck overlooking the water. It was a great view. It ended up being very hot/sunny at our seats. The manager was very responsive when we asked to be seated inside. What a difference in temperature once we sat inside! And the live music inside was excellent!

Beautiful view on sunset with tasty food and great service. We ordered Clam Chowder, Turf and Surf and Steak Sando. Natalie took good care of us. Food arrived quick and warm. Price little bit high, but it's worse it. Would be nice to play some light music.

This was my 2nd time eating at Crawdad's. I wasn't impressed with my meal the first visit, but loved the BLAT sandwich I ordered today! The bread was so good and the bacon was thick and crispy. The french fry's are exactly how I like them. And the Cosmo was perfect - not too sweet! We also enjoyed listening to the live music!

It's unfortunate that I am writing this disappointing review. We chose Crawdads on the Lake because it is at a lovely location with a low key relaxed atmosphere. But don't let that fool you. We were asked to leave because we overstayed the 90 minute window of time (which we were never informed of). Embarrassed by being told to leave by security, it's clear they have an over inflated opinion of the restaurant. We were asked on the way out by another customer if we been kicked out, so there was nothing subtle about security asking us to leave. As a concession, we were told we were welcome to move to the bar. In a nutshell, we were never told about a time limit. We were not given a check until minutes before we were asked to leave. We were not approached by the waiter or manager telling us about the need for the table, instead opting to send security to our table. We ordered both appetizers and drinks over the time we were there spending a couple of hundred dollars. And finally, when I went back in to discuss this with the manager, she was dismissive and disrespectful. It's extremely disappointing. We will not be back.

What a disaster! Our clam chowder that they put over fries dripped out through the plastic container to put a puddle under the bowl. Most of the chowder was lost. Had to go to the manager and she was no help.Then we were told we could not have separate check so we had to figure out the separate bills ourself. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant!!!! Will not return but they acted like they did not care! Maybe they won't last as long as the other one. What an awful place! Don't go!

Had lunch at crawdads today with the wife and we couldnāt help but notice the busser/food runner (?) Isabella. We couldnāt stop thinking about how hard of a worker she was for the position she withheld. When I say she was obviously the ABSOLUTE TEAM-CARRY, thatās an understatement. She went above and beyond when it came to the restaurant industry standard. Picked up trash, Ran other tables food and drinks, wiped tables, restocked condiments, meticulously straightened chairs and tablesā¦. I could go on. Iāve worked in the restaurant industry for 22 years AND I donāt say this oftenā¦ crawdads needs to make her a server or manager ASAP.

Tacos took over 30 minutes. Bartender poured my beer in a warm glass that just came out of the dishwasher. Plenty of cold glasses available, why not use one? They donāt value their customers, in my opinion.
