The workers were really nice and greeted me as I walked in the door and told me all about the menu when I was new

Very nice/polite and attentive counter person, very personable. Best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. Fries WAY above average, and the overhead soundtrack music was excellent! Did I mention they were the best chicken sandwiches ever? Really wish I lived closer but this is a new must-stop whenever I/we go to Folsom.
I was not impressed by the menu offering. My son likes Dave’s Hot Chicken.
But out of a family of 6 - my teen son is the only one. I wish there were more options which is why we’ve only been here once.
Also I never see cars in the drive thru so I’m surprised they are still in business.

I came about a week ago,I didn’t really know what I wanted,but the girl up front,Ivana, was very helpful and sweet.
It was cold as hell in this restaurant, but Mark Gonzales was an absolute help. Very accommodating and respectful. Give that young man a raise or something.

Had a great experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken thanks to Marco at the drive-thru! He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with our order. It's rare to find someone so genuinely friendly and attentive—he made the whole experience even better. Great service goes a long way, and Marco truly delivered. Thank you!

This was my first time to Dave’s Hot Chicken. Can I just say that I was absolutely blown away?! Some of the best chicken I’ve ever had, let alone from a fast food style joint. If that wasn’t good enough, the service was outrageously good! The staff were so friendly and nice. They explained the menu, gave recommendations and even brought us free samples to try things afterwards. Definitely coming back! The cashier and manager were amazing!
