This place is so good! Food is great and so is the service

I brought my little sister into Devil & Angel Desserts and she got to try Boba for the first time! Stella is so amazing, she was so patient and kind to speak with! She answered all our questions and gave us the info that her and her sister Geunah own the restaurant. The taro is off the charts amazing, and I got the Viet-coffee creme brûlée which is a perfect combination of sweet and bitter. Hardly do I ever rave about a place, and I don’t give out false compliments. This place is worth a visit and more! These women should be very proud of themselves.

I come here almost everytime, either whenever im in folsom area, or during/after work, and I absolutely love it! The drinks, the staff, the pastry! Worth every dollar!

I used to come here all the time, but now every single drink just tastes like lemonade and it’s obnoxious. A jasmine passion fruit should not taste exactly like lemonade! Not only that, it tastes like it’s made with an unripe lemon and it’s really bitter. The past two times I’ve gone here this month, I didn’t even want to finish my drink. It seems like the quality of this place has just been declining more and more, they used to have fancy metal tops for their drinks but they got rid of that too. I was a loyal customer for a long time, but now I won’t be coming back sorry :/

This is my new favorite boba shop. My drink is always on point. Recently I tried their banana creme mochi donuts...oh my it was so good..I don't know if the lady helping me was the owner but she was super friendly.🩷

I asked the cashier what drink she liked most she said she’d like to Dubai shake so I took her worD for it and I didn’t like it so I asked for For a new drink to compromise and they said I had to pay And get a 10% discount for a whole new drink

I’ve been going to this place for a year now and I am big fan of their drinks and corn dogs. They always come up with new ideas and everything is delicious. Everyone is so nice there and I suggest you that if you like corn dogs and boba, this place is where to go.

Nice clean store . Friendly service. Many choices from boba tea, ice cream , korean hot dog, mochi donut and pastry. Their matcha and ube smoothies are my fav drink. The affogato ice cream is hard to find around folsom. Everytime come by here i always get their fresh ice cream ( usually matcha / thaitea mix with vanila. They change the ice cream flavor every month i guess). This time I was so excited to see that they have the trending dubai chocolate strawberry . It's $15 so probably you can share for 2 ppls as it's big cup with plenty of big fresh strawberry and fill up with half chocolate half pistachio cream. Somehow It's too sweet for me. Can't to finish it myself. Highly recommend if you are looking to try new food trends. Good place to gather with friends as it's located in Palladio shopping center. Store closed early around 8. Wish they could open a little bit late.

Awesome soft serve, snacks, milk tea, and refreshing drinks here. Owners are super nice, and the quality of their food/drinks is top tier. If you've ever been to the one in Concord... I'd say the Folsom location is better. 5 🌟 🤩

I love this place. I enjoy the Vietnamese coffee, Thai, and Taro bobas. We also get the yummy croffle. It’s always on my birthday place to celebrate.
