Had the pleasure of meeting the amazingly hilarious bartender Elizabeth while we stopped at this bar on our way back home. Had an delicious chili dog, couple of stiff drinks, and a good laugh in a comfortable laid-back environment. Bartender super cool and patrons friendly. Would definitely recommend this bar
I had the Irish dumplings at Dolan's not very good they came out cold. They don't have the same sauce the flaky pepper sauce and the meat by itself doesn't have much flavor. I thought they were getting a new chef and a new menu bummer that's why I like going there for good
This review is based upon 2 visits to Dolan's. My first visit was to just check it out, so I had fries, Guinness and a shot of Irish whiskey. Second time, I brought a friend and we split the beet salad (BEYOND delicious, especially for a bar!), and we split the empanadas that were on special (also very good!). We got to meet Mike Dolan and Cookie, who made us feel like instant regulars. I ended up ordering their old world corned beef and beet salad to take home to.the husband....
