very inconsistent i come here frequently in th morning, some mornings the service is good and the coffee actually has coffee, other mornings you get ignored for 10 minutes and then handed a cup of milk.

I rushed over to get a donut for the kids and this is the 3rd time that I am told through the intercom that they are closed when they still have 5-10 minutes until they close. I dont think anyone cares enough to do anything about it but I would not go close to closing time

Went to this Dunkin for the first time. Won't be going back. Staff were already closing up before 3pm when they close at 4pm. Chairs all up and the only table available was disgusting and covered in crumbs. Told staff it was our first time at a Dunkin and they were rude to us.tried asking questions and were just given blank stares in return. Ordered at the kiosk instead because the employee didn't want to take our order. The other employee was nice and got us the water we asked for. Donuts were ok. Drink was not made as advertised. None of the toppings it was supposed to get no caramel drizzle and basically tasted like off brand iced coffee. Would of tried other stuff while I was there if the employee was willing to upsell or suggest items. No effort given to making it a decent experience. All he was focused on was how fast he could get out of the building. Lots of room for improvement.

I like their munchkins but the hash browns are always hit or miss. Sometimes they are crispy and good, other times soggy and bad. It's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get

I ordered a strawberry refresher and they told me it didn’t have caffeine. It had 99 mg of caffeine and is considered an energy drink. I had no idea I don’t go here ever. I have a caffeine intolerance and had a total mental breakdown, hives, migraine, panic attack etc, considered going to the emergency room. I guess I could have checked but I made the mistake of trusting someone. Please educate your employees on the drinks. This is serious. Im sure they’re underpaid and they don’t care but Some people can’t handle caffeine. I know it might sound silly but it’s a serious issue for a lot of people. The employee was male with long dark hair working the drive through.

On Door Dash it automatically defaults to no cheese no bacon on the loaded potatoes. When I called a while back to ask the store confirmed when they see this (often) so they just put 9 hash browns in a cup nothing on it. I informed her of issue with door dash app not her fault but between Dunkin and Door Dash it’s someone’s fault. Get it together.

I waited about 15 minutes at the drive-through window today Even though there was no one in front of me and I asked for a cup of water and they gave me literally an empty cup. I can’t believe this. Also, my drinks were filled with ice all the way to the top of the cup, which is so annoying. Probably won’t be coming back.

I got food poisoning from the $5 breakfast meal. I felt awful for 2 days. I told customer service and they said it must have been the way they prepared it because nothing was expired.

They also have not provided me with a refund. It has been over a week since I got food poisoning and they keep requesting that I drive all the way back to the store and show my receipt.

They clearly do not have proper sanitary methods if customers can get food poisoning from the way in which they prepared it. They won't even send back a $5 refund. Disgusting experience 🤢

My usual weekend spot when in town and decided to go drive thur and at the start hit a big pot hole and told the cashier and they didn't care and end up checking my tire there and home and noticed a flat tire (left front tire), fix your drive thur, thanks Dunkin'.

Out of all iced coffee. Ordered donuts from kiosk and 4 of the 6 weren’t what I ordered. Food is tasty and service is pleasant, just not consistent execution
