I ordered an iced caramel coffee with sugar and cream and 2 bacon, egg, and cheese bagels. Everything was great, from the drive thru service to the food. Definitely worth the 12 minute drive from where I live. Always a dunkin girl, Starbucks can keep their over priced coffees and sad excuse for breakfast sandwitches.

on October 15th I went with family members who were visiting the United States, we sat at a table where the sun was reflecting on our faces, so I decided to close the curtain, so a guy who works there rudely told me not to touch the curtain. I questioned him saying that the sun was bothering us and he didn't answer me, he looked unbearable and didn't help us with the problem, in other words, terrible customer service! I do not recommend.

This location is very hit or miss. Sometimes it’s soggy hash browns or stale donuts. Jelly donuts have about a dime size portion of jelly inside. Today it was burnt croissant and all of the donuts and munchkins thrown in the same bag.

This Dunkin' Donuts was one of the worst I've ever been to. I ended up here because I stayed the night at a friend's place, and they don't drink coffee. I had to catch a train home and needed a quick caffeine fix. Unfortunately, this was the only place open inside the train station, and it was not worth it.I barely made it to my train in time. When I opened my bag, I found out they gave me the wrong donut. I wish I could give this place zero stars, but I'll give it one star just because it didn't make me sick."
Heard about their Pumpkin Spice Latte and just HAD to compare to that other place. Hmmm just might need to do another test, it was pretty darn good! Bonus could have donut holes to go with!

I go here all the time and the lattes are usually good. The food is decent but there’s been times they forget some items in my order. But today was the worst experience though and it makes me never want to go back. The girl working the drive through seemed completely incompetent. She took a really long time to take each persons order. And then once I got to the window and paid, she walked away for a minute and then came back and asked me to pay for the next order. I reminded her that I already paid and was just waiting for my coffee. Then she asked what I got and I had to remind her what I ordered. Then she gives me the coffee sitting on her counter. But after I drove away I realized my latte was half full! I paid for a large latte and received the amount that should be in a small. How could she fill a cup half full and put a lid on it and just hand it off. I saw her make it, so I know it was her. Did she think I wasn’t going to notice that the cup is half full!? That’s just not ok! I paid $6 for $3 worth of coffee. I also added an espresso shot and I’m wondering if that’s even in there! Terrible service. Makes me not want to return.

THEY MIX ALLERGEN SPOONS BE CAREFUL! saw it many times while watching. they rinse it with water, IF that and pretend people can’t die from allergies. very little awareness and a huge lack of professionalism. manager kayla is racist and it’s a very toxic environment. roseville location will say the same about her in the reviews! store owner is corrupt and doesn’t care either. the crew will purposely make your order wrong if you upset them, or they’ll make your food cold, add extra ice in your drinks, short you on donut holes, etc…but they refuse to leave even tho they’re miserable there and hate their customers. they’ll be talking bad about you while you’re waiting in line and then smile to your face when you pull up. very nasty and negative people. equipment is rarely cleaned. manager will also purposely ignore your complaints. watched the phone being ignored many times, reviews will also tell you that. the reason lobby is locked at random times is because nobody shows up and nobody wants to deal with you guys! too hard to do their job fyi. MANAGERS DO NOT MAKE CREW COMPLETE TRAINING. they just throw people on the floor, that’s why people seem “incompetent”, as some reviews have said. they’re poor newbies with little to ZERO help and like i said, terrible environment so they probably don’t feel comfortable asking for help either. someone mentioned an employee repeating “iced americano” over and over in a rude manner. i wanted to touch on this, i noticed the long time workers are severely miserable and they take that out on customers by being passive aggressive while they turn their mic off and laugh at you while you’re ordering. it’s “fun” for them.

Got the maple sugar croissant sandwich and sourdough breakfast sandwich, both were good-but not good enough to go back for. I'd give 4/5 for both. Donuts... OMG! One of the worst. Coffee...2/5. I don't think I've ever been BURNED by a place. I went to take a sip of my drink (made incorrectly by the way) and the "barista" did not close it all the way and the HOT HOT latte SPILLED ALL OVER MY HAND AND CLOTHES. Got home to wash it off and realized I got a BURN on my thumb. Never going back. Total, 3/5 only because I can't knock them for their service since we didn't go in and the food was not too bad.

Service and selection are a real problem. I will mot buy even one more donut from Dunkin - after too many custard filled donuts that had virtually no custard at all - time and again. The ones where there was literally only a small grape-sized amount of custard at one edge of the donut were the final straws.Instead of committing to the product and service - this foolish company is still spending money on fully changing their name from Dunkin Donuts to just Dunkin. That tells me corporate management is clueless. The name change to "Dunkin" was just stupid and it should irritate every customer that this company thinks a name change is what they needed to grow. It's the product and service stoopid - The iconic original name never should've been changed, no matter what you wanted to branch out into.
