JT was amazing. From the moment I rolled up, he brought great energy and a genuine smile, making my visit feel personal. He nailed my drink order, offered suggestions without being pushy, and had that perfect mix of friendly and professional. You can tell he enjoys what he does; it makes all the difference. I’d be back twice a day if every visit had a JT. Give that man a raise.

I am not new to Dutch Bros.... Most of the time the employees are so kind at other locations. It's honestly something I expect out of Dutch Bros now. I will be finding a new coffee place in Folsom after my recent experience at this Dutch Bros. I think the guys name was JT... But his customer service was definitely lacking.

What a wonderful wonderful coffee shop. The coffee here is strong and full of flavour. Just the way I like it. I normally drink just black coffee, but today I ordered Irish cream. We got strawberry and mango smoothies. And here is the best part… I got a free whipped cream and snacks cup for my doggy. She was so very happy with it. The trip to the coffee shop was worth it!
Parking: It was a little busy as parking lot was taken over many Amazon cars, but is was possible to find parking spots
