Good food and good prices.

Mediocre "Chinese Food". Not sure why the reviews are high. If you're Asian, you'll be disappointed. The food was bland, oily, and overpriced. I'm guessing there's not much competition out here so the choices are limited. Went there after the movies and it was slow but the wait time was long despite calling ahead of time. I'll pass for next time. EDIT: It's funny you, owner Andy, have the same excuse for negative reviews going back to when you opened. Your arrogance is enough food for me! lol.

We placed an order with Andy's because they ALLOW patrons to enter food allergies when ordering! (Sadly, so many restaurants no longer allow patrons to request accommodation for food allergies). Egg rolls were great, only complaint was they provided a half tiny container of sauce, which was not enough for 4 egg rolls. Shrimp Chow Mein - husband loved this. Also their combination rice with shrimp - filled with prawns! Generous and delectable! We hope they will provide more sauce in the future with their egg roll orders. Outside of that - great experience!

Very delicious garlic noodles and tender cubed steak. The fried rice is spot on too. Great Chinese food restaurant in Folsom!

I was staying in a hotel within walking distance to Andy's Kitchen, and decided to give it a try. What a great decision I made. I ordered the General's Chicken with a side of steamed rice for takeout, and I believe it was the best General's Chicken that I have ever had. On top of that, the portion size was enough for 2 people (although I was by myself), and the pricing was very reasonable. Next time I am back in Folsom, I will definitely be back to Andy's Kitchen.

I have only eaten inside once, and gotten takeout once. The atmosphere is chill, it's a smaller place than it deserves. The salt and pepper fish is the best fish I've had in an Asian restaurant. The fried rice is yummy too. The service is quick and efficient.

The Food was Amazing , I judge every Chinese restaurant on the Hot and Sour Soup which is really hard to make right. and they passed with flying colors, The General Tso Chicken was amazing good quality chicken and the flavor was just right not to spicy not to bland but had enough of a kick to make it right. the only reason I give them a 4 star is they started closing duties almost an hour and half before close... i travel for work would have enjoyed sitting in the restaurant instead of my hotel room

Try the green beans with garlic sauce and chicken chow mein. The garlic noodles are also good. I'd pass on the soup dumplings though.

Service is always great and fast! Indoor seating is comfortable. Everything I've tried is delicious! My favorite is their Garlic Noodles

This is our family's favorite Chinese restaurant east of Sac. Food is consistently good, and the servers are pleasant, fast, and attentive. Ambiance is nothing fancy. The focus is on the food. Everything we've eaten thus far has been delicious. We always order the beef chow fun (dry style), salt and pepper wings (lightly spicy and extra crispy) and a variety of dim sum. We also order additional dishes to try, with enough for leftovers. During our last visit, we noticed an expanded menu with lots of new options. We'll need to come back more often so we can sample some of the other dishes, while getting our fill of our favorites. There are plenty of vegetarian options, and remember to order "low salt" if that's your preference. If you're on a restricted diet, there's a sign at the door to indicate seafood, nuts, and other potential allergens. Lucky for us, we can enjoy everything just as the chef intended.

Wow why did we wait so long. Super cute store front near century theatres. 12-14 tables. Bright interior. Great menu with pictures that make you want everything. Good customer service. Food prepared to order. The taste of both was fab. Thought for sure take home boxes but ate everything. Thanks Melanie for your recos. Can't wait to try more things.

The best. Great service. Great food. I ordered thin noodles chow mein(chicken). Loved it. Hubby thought standard noodles would be better. Whatever. Chicken fried rice...yum. I got no spicy ribs, yummy. Hubby even liked them, a lot!!! Hubby had General chicken. He ate it all, so it must have been good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Eat here!!!

Really good food! I've only gotten take out here, but everyone has always been friendly. This place is my go-to now for their lunch specials. Love some mapo tofu and chow mein!

We don't have a favorite Chinese Food Restaurant close to where we live sadly so this place is the closest and our go to! We normally get the Chow mein, sweet and sour chicken, and fried rice or plain white rice. Sweet and sour chicken is a classic Chinese dish known for its tangy sauce and crispy fried chicken pieces. Chow mein, on the other hand, is a stir-fried noodle dish that can be made with a variety of ingredients such as vegetables, meat, and seafood. My little kiddo loves the chow mein so we get the plain kind. With side of chili sauce with our meal, we are content!! So much flavor in the noodles and in the chicken! Never disappoints!

We ordered the Beef Chow Fun (dry) Spicy Wonton, Sui Mai, and Pork Soup Dumplings. Our favorite dishes were the chow fun which had decent wok hei and the soup dumplings. All in all it was a very decent lunch for this area I would definitely come back to try other dishes. The service was excellent as well. We asked for Chinese hot mustard and also vinegar for our noodles and they were very accommodating.
