The bread is amazing, using special wheat, no preservatives or sugar. I carefully keep chunks in freezer. I’m sure it helps to keep me healthy. No scary chemicals!!

The ham and cheese croissants are possibly my favorite for breakfast. I love the burnt Basque cheesecake. I was saddened to learn the coffee cake is now only available at the Broadway bakery and not at Folsom anymore. I’ve had some of your cake slices you sell and they tend to be overly sweet and don’t have much of an earthy or rustic flavor, for example, using molasses or brown sugar might give them a more earthy flavor.

Their food is so good and some dishes are very unique. We are visiting from Ohio so we could only come in 2x but we'll be back when we visit family again.
Miso toast w seasonal jam is my jam. Parking can be a little tough sometimes but never enough to keep me from coming back. Their rotating savory breakfast items are also v good. We’ve had the huevos rancheros and the Turkish eggs. Highly recommend.

Faria Bakery is such a gem! Their baked items are original and delicious. I love their Mom's Breakfast Croissant Sandwich. Highly recommend!
Cute place...has lots of potential but needs help. The coffee tasted sour...no refills. Mom's croissant was made with good ingredients but lacked flavor. Turkish breakfast was ok...so much yogurt that it made the breakfast cold and the bread was hard and dry. Also lacked flavor. FYI...thank you for your quick response and great customer service. Nice to know that you value the opinion of the patrons that pay to keep you in business. I do know that yogurt is cold but yogurt placed on a hot dish should be done sparingly as to add flavor and texture not to drown the dish on. Sooo eggs should be hot. There's a lesson in cooking...pass it on, if for some strange reason you feel that there might be room for improvement.
