won’t be coming back to this bubble tea shop. There was no greeting when I walked in. I ordered two drinks and a piece of cake, and they didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt. After waiting six minutes, they had only made one drink. They had to remake the order to get the second drink done, and still didn’t provide a receipt. Maybe they misheard my order, but if they had given me a receipt, I would have noticed right away.

I didn’t leave a tip—first, because there was no customer service attitude, and second, because my order was to-go. Even when they messed up the order, I didn’t receive a single apology. When my order was ready, they just set it on the counter and mumbled something without caring whether I heard it. When I left, there was still no greeting, just two girls behind the counter whispering while looking at me.

Got food poisoning, quality has been going down hill as of late I should have known better.

Nice place. I’ve been driving by daily since it opened and I decided I’d try it. I’m not a fan of boba and every boba drink I’ve tried I’ve hated. I am pleased to say I really like what I ordered and I will definitely be back. I’m not sure if I’ll try something else - but I like this one.

(Some small sample sizes would be great - I’d like to try other flavors - but do not want to order a full size for a sip)

Had a meeting there. Had a coffee and lots of talking. Coffee was good. As a meeting place, it was okay.

Great spot to chill after school — good boba, comfy seats, and lots of quiet corners to “study” (or pretend to). Saw some college brochures on the table and someone said, “UC Davis? Only if everything else falls through.” 💀 Honestly, the tea here is sweeter than that ROI.

Cozy place to sit and read. The quality of their products is good.

This location is tucked away next to a credit union and not easy to find without navigation. There is plenty of parking and it's nice and quiet, but I'm not sure that bodes well for overall foot traffic for this business.

Having said that Feng Cha is a pretty well known chain and they have a good selection of teas and specialty drinks. My wife and I had I think a Mango Dream and a Kiwi Basil tea. We agreed both were very good and while I'm not sure we'll be in the area often, we'd gladly return for a tea.

Creative teas, boba drinks and desserts. Always had a good experience here. They have different cakes everytime I visit. Classics and fruit teas are my go to. Very convenient location and lots of parking.

Usually have great drinks every time I go there. The last few times the tea tasted off. The cheese foam did not taste right.

I'm glad a Feng Cha opened In Folsom as it's one of my favorite shops from the Bay Area. I tried out the new Berry Summer drink but I hope it's here to stay.
