My husband and I went to Five Guys for burgers, fries and milkshakes. The burgers were cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy and delicious and the milkshakes I got was incredible. The employees were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very clean. Five Guys is awesome!

Food is decent but overpriced for what you get. It's cheaper to get a big mac meal with fries and a drink for their one burger. If I'm going to pay that much more for a fast food burger meal, I'd rather spend it else where. I also don't like the wrapping of the burger with foil so make sure you eat there rather than taking that home to go. That make the bread and all soggy. Who wants a soggy burger?

The burgers are good, the fries are too salty, and they need to clean their drink dispenser. The person I went there with said their root beer tasted bad. I got water from it and it was light brown. I figured it was the previous soda still in the dispenser, so I let the water flow but it was still off color. I took a couple of sips of it and it didn't taste off, but I wasn't going to drink anymore. The next morning I threw up twice. I was trying to figure out why I was sick and recalled trying the water. Not sure if that was the cause, but it's suspicious. They definitely need to get the drink dispensers serviced regardless.

First time at this particular Five Guys location and as usual it did not disappoint! Five Guys is my go to place when I'm feeling that craving for a GOOD burger and fries. Ya have to love any place that let's you build your burger the way you want it and have so many options to add. Staff members are always helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is consistent at every location I have tried.

Awful today, I wish I went to McDonald's instead. 19.00 for a basic burger and fries what a ripoff. Then my order rung up wrong, so I bring it back to be fixed just to be met with the same incorrect burger two more times. Maybe it would've been fixed right if the employees gave a damn about customers instead of arguing the whole time in the grill area with no care in the world about a customer. The cherry on top was not once a sorry or nothing. Clearly no management presence here.

My son decided this is what he wanted for his birthday dinner. I questioned his choice, having never been, but went along with it. While it’s a tad pricy for a burger and fries, the burgers were all delicious… too large for our smaller appetites in fact, haha. I had my burger lettuce wrapped to avoid the gluten bun, and it was still way more burger than I could eat without feeling a little sick, but it was so yummy! Kids got a strawberry banana milkshake which was also delicious. All in all, pretty fantastic experience, thanks to the guy who did our order, who was super friendly and helpful! Only thing I’d change is that I’ll definitely go for the smaller burger next time.

Food was good, the patty was quite tender. The fries were a bit mushy though.The place had a spill going from the soda machine. I was covered in some kind of carpet, but the water was spreading out of that. That did not add to the place's ambience.The other issue is the pricing. $55 for two burgers, one set of fries and two drinks plus a sundae is waaay too much. This is not a sit down restaurant. A similar lunch at a competitor would be closer to $30.
