Staff were all very warm and polite. We waited for almost five minutes at front desk before someone came out to check us in. Once at table it took almost 15 minutes before our order was taken. Buffet was average. Metas served were also average at best. Servers came way to fast for us to be able to enjoy our meal. Going to a steakhouse is a better value for the $.

Firstly, if you or your companions are people of color, I would advise against visiting this establishment. The service and food quality are both subpar. While the hosts are friendly, once seated, be cautious with your initial glass of water as refills are unlikely. Management circulates among tables, yet noticeably avoids those with people of color or dissatisfied customers. Basic amenities like bread or prompt meat service are lacking. There are periods where no meat is being served at all. When served, the meat is of poor quality and excessively salty. Water refills are sparse, often taking 20-30 minutes, if they come at all. It's advisable to dine elsewhere in the shopping center or at Outback or Texas Roadhouse. For dessert, avoid the cheesecake and crème brûlée; the latter was disappointing, akin to a supermarket cheesecake. Overall, the experience is not worth the expense, leaving you likely hungry and dissatisfied.

I can’t say enough about how amazing the service and food is at Flame and Fire, the best food in Folsom hands down. Shelly and Travis were so helpful and hands on for every part of my incredible experience. Next time throw an event for your business, taking your special someone out, or having a birthday. I would book Flame and Fire if you want to impress

We went for a special celebration and the gaucho who was bringing our food made it so much fun. I wish I had his name so I could give him recognition. He was so fun and we all had a great time. He was the special dinner al the more special

I had a great time in my past visits but this day we came in for Mother's Day and it was just not the same. Felt very rushed out. We had reservations for 7; Online says they close at 9 but they closed earlier. The meat and buffet service ended sooner and only received the lamb once and that too after waiting the whole time. It came after asking for it 10x. Our server was great she asked us for dessert and as we looked over the menu the manager brought us the bill. Because the workers were already brooming around us we just paid and left. Bummer. I was excited to be back.

Place was empty. Feel bad for the staff that have to work a full shift without tips coming in. The food was really salty, which I hear is the norm. The guys cutting the meat were really nice. I guess the worst part of the night is when I had to ask someone for the check. That's how infrequently we were being checked on.

I feel like they charge too much for the food and the meats are extremely salty. They alway want to give you the outer meat. Service is very good but not the food. Very expensive!!

Exceptional experience! Service was fantastic, and food was phenomenal. Excellent selection, service of meats were timed perfectly, ambiance fantastic, and well priced for the selection. It's definitely an experience, and we will be back. Keep up great work!

The restaurant was overall quiet, but there happened to be 3 distinct birthday celebrations which raised the noise level beyond what would be expected for any given evening. The staff was incredibly attentive to bring out more food and to refill our glasses. We had to beg for mercy a couple of times when so much food was being brought to our table with each one being more delicious than what preceded it. Was also surprised when the restaurant general manager came by to introduce herself to each table. Was even more surprised when I saw her bus dishes. She cared about her restaurant and the care that she displayed was further displayed by every aspect of service throughout the evening.

Soft music, sexy ambiance. Friendly, attentive staff. We were told to start with their amazing endless salad bar. It was stocked with everything you could want. So fresh and delicious! A variety of meat (beef, pork, chicken, lamb) plus grilled pineapple was carved at our table. Meat was a little dry and chewy. The Last Night in Ipanema tropical fruit martini was superb as were the cheesy mini muffins. Nice special occasion experience.

Flame & Fire in Folsom delivers an unparalleled Brazilian churrascaria experience that tantalizes the taste buds from start to finish. As a patron with a fervent appreciation for authentic Brazilian cuisine, my visit was nothing short of spectacular. The culinary journey begins with an abundant salad bar, a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Among the plethora of fresh offerings, the heart of palm stood out prominently – it's my absolute favorite, and Flame & Fire presents it in all its tender, creamy glory. Complementing the salad bar were the grilled zucchini and asparagus, both of which were grilled to perfection. The char on these vegetables enhanced their natural flavors, making them an amazing precursor to the main attraction. The rodizio experience at Flame & Fire is, without a doubt, the centerpiece of the meal. The array of meats on offer is staggering, but as a beef aficionado, I was in heaven. From the succulent pork sausage to the richly flavored garlic beef, every selection was cooked flawlessly. The Parmesan-infused beef sirloin was a revelation, with the cheese adding a savory depth that was utterly irresistible. The picanha, a Brazilian steakhouse staple, was equally impressive, showcasing the simple yet sublime power of salt, smoke, and fire. While there were chicken options available, my focus remained unwavering on the beef – and what a glorious focus it was. Each cut of beef was more tantalizing than the last, highlighting the skill and precision of the churrasqueiros. The meats were all seasoned and cooked to perfection, embodying the essence of Brazilian churrasco cooking. Flame & Fire's atmosphere and service only amplified the dining experience, with a warm, inviting ambiance and staff who were very attentive to every need. This restaurant is more than just a meal; it's a culinary celebration of Brazilian culture and flavors. For anyone seeking an authentic Brazilian churrascaria experience with

Meats were practically raw. They were very red and very bloody. When asked if we could have it well done they said yes, but never brought any out. We asked multiple times to have a certain meat again and never got it. It was not satisfying at all. It was very pricey for the poor food quality and service. Would not recommend.
