Soft music, sexy ambiance. Friendly, attentive staff. We were told to start with their amazing endless salad bar. It was stocked with everything you could want. So fresh and delicious! A variety of meat (beef, pork, chicken, lamb) plus grilled pineapple was carved at our table. Meat was a little dry and chewy. The Last Night in Ipanema tropical fruit martini was superb as were the cheesy mini muffins. Nice special occasion experience.

Flame & Fire in Folsom delivers an unparalleled Brazilian churrascaria experience that tantalizes the taste buds from start to finish. As a patron with a fervent appreciation for authentic Brazilian cuisine, my visit was nothing short of spectacular. The culinary journey begins with an abundant salad bar, a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Among the plethora of fresh offerings, the heart of palm stood out prominently – it's my absolute favorite, and Flame & Fire presents it in all its tender, creamy glory. Complementing the salad bar were the grilled zucchini and asparagus, both of which were grilled to perfection. The char on these vegetables enhanced their natural flavors, making them an amazing precursor to the main attraction. The rodizio experience at Flame & Fire is, without a doubt, the centerpiece of the meal. The array of meats on offer is staggering, but as a beef aficionado, I was in heaven. From the succulent pork sausage to the richly flavored garlic beef, every selection was cooked flawlessly. The Parmesan-infused beef sirloin was a revelation, with the cheese adding a savory depth that was utterly irresistible. The picanha, a Brazilian steakhouse staple, was equally impressive, showcasing the simple yet sublime power of salt, smoke, and fire. While there were chicken options available, my focus remained unwavering on the beef – and what a glorious focus it was. Each cut of beef was more tantalizing than the last, highlighting the skill and precision of the churrasqueiros. The meats were all seasoned and cooked to perfection, embodying the essence of Brazilian churrasco cooking. Flame & Fire's atmosphere and service only amplified the dining experience, with a warm, inviting ambiance and staff who were very attentive to every need. This restaurant is more than just a meal; it's a culinary celebration of Brazilian culture and flavors. For anyone seeking an authentic Brazilian churrascaria experience with

Meats were practically raw. They were very red and very bloody. When asked if we could have it well done they said yes, but never brought any out. We asked multiple times to have a certain meat again and never got it. It was not satisfying at all. It was very pricey for the poor food quality and service. Would not recommend.

Both husband and I kept waiting for someone to come by with more steak and they only came once. I felt pretty disappointed with the service because that's never really been my experience. If I'm going to pay a lot of money for a nice diner to have a good time with my husband I would expect the service to be a bit better.

Not enough and somewhat inattentive gauchos and wait staff. The pork was over cooked and dry but still had a good taste. The food otherwise was good. For value and service I'd recommend Fogo Da Minas instead.

My first visit was to the location in Roseville & I have to say my husband & I actually really liked this location in Folsom much better! The food was fantastic...sooo delicious, especially the lobster bisque on the market table. The service was great! Bartender made me a surprise cocktail because I couldn't decide what I wanted and that was super delish. I have absolutely no complaints & will definitely be back. If you haven't gone yet, you need to! By the way, the pineapple has a brown sugar & cinnamon type coating on it which makes you feel like you died & went to heaven, it's that damn good!

Celebrated Valentine's Day and wife's birthday. 2nd time here, first time was not great but decided to give it a 2nd chance as we love Fogo De Chao in SF. They were overwhelmed since it was a big day, service was OK not great but all the workers looked stressed and we heard other customers complaining as well including friends of ours we saw there. My wife is vegetarian and the market table options were limited and the apps on the menu for her were not even available at this location even though it was on their menu! My Tomahawk was overcooked, not sliced properly and had some weird topping that was not on the menu. I also did not receive the chimmichuri or salt. Had to ask for cheesy bread 3 times, the 2nd time, the lady just looked at her watch like she couldn't wait to get out of there and when she came back, the bread was cold. It was $165 plus tax, tip etc for a lousy steak and a market table that they couldn't keep stocked with lettuce and some other items. I messaged them on FB about it plus sent an email about the experience but no reply so now I am writing a review. Won't be back! Won't be referring anyone!

The food was mediocre. Some of the meats were super over cooked and some were really rare. The sides were ok not a big selection to choice from. We never got a basket of bread like all other tables received. Asked for two different items that were going around and never seen them again until we asked like 5 or 6 times. Our server was friendly but didn't see him very often and never took our old plates or brought us another refreshment, like more water or ask if we wanted more wine. Over all the experience was not worth the price that we paid.

We had for gotten that the salad bar is a buffet, it reminded us of a cruse. The waitress was new and had a hard time explaining to both of us the menu. The place was decorated for Valentine Day which was nice. the sign on the door was only allowing 90 minutes to eat , which was fine, once the second waitress explained how to order the food came quickly. We had a $125.00 gift card for (2) people, I assumed that would cover the bill with us only having one glass of wine per person. The total bill with out tip was over $160.00. I wouldn't recommend this place and we won't be returning.

Update: Thank you to the manager for calling me personally and not only apologizing for our experience but wanting to make it right. This alone makes a huge difference. We will eat there again. Original review My husband and I were excited to spend Valentine's Day Dinner at the Folsom Flame & Fire. The waiter was kind and checked in on us often. We were a bit surprised that the Tomahawk steak dinner didn't include the table side meats. Based on the pricing of the Rodizio Dinner, we ended up paying $80 add'l for the Tomahawk steak. I wish the waiter was more clear. We missed the enjoyment of the table side meats. The meal was enjoyable until we had just finished our dessert (note: the Tomahawk took 30 minutes to come to our table), when the hostess came and told us we had a 90 minute timeline and we needed to leave. There are many ways she could have done this and we would have caught on. Not only did it take us longer to eat, suddenly we felt lower than low being kicked out. The real issue was there were several OPEN tables as we walked out. So it wasn't a table issue. The hostess is the customer service rep for a restaurant and there are multiple ways to encourage the end of a meal without saying it point blank. This completely marred our enjoyment. Very sad for us.

We could not get a waiter to actually offer drinks and sat staring at each other for quite awhile. We were offered meat several times, but no drinks. This was not the type of restaurant that I would ever go to. I was told to go to a salad bar and then turn a card for when I wanted meat. This is a ridiculous concept and not a relaxing experience. There were so many families and there were people that certainly did not follow the proposed dress code. I would never, ever dine here... and technically we didn't because we got up and left! For the prices I don't see why anyone would ever want to eat there.

The food as always was good, however the service was slow. We waited longer than usual to receive cuts of meat than in the past. It was first time at the Folsom F&F. Roseville has always been great 5 star service

Delicious selections of so many different cuts of meat. I was amazed. Go hungry for sure. Eat the pineapple to help with digestion. Also, the manager allowed us to take a tour of the kitchen before we left. The was pretty cool! Excellent experience!

My husband brought me here to celebrate my birthday. We did make reservations as we had a party of 9. Staff, food, everything was excellent! It was roughly a hour n half drive but we already can’t wait to come back here. Definitely recommend!
