I can't believe this restaurant is even in business đ© food is awful .. the whole business model is horrible
Will never go back to this place, food had no flavor at all, chips were stale, hardly any fish inside the fish taco that we ordered. My husband would cook better food than this and he doesnt know how to know.
Always a good meal to be had at Dos Coyotes today I had the YucatĂĄn salad with chicken it was delicious as usual. My other favorite is the Paella burrito with mahi, shrimp and chorizo.
Staff at this location were super friendly and attentive.
Dos Coyotes: where the customer is always wrong and the guac is apparently guarded like itâs made of gold.
Came in for a simple meal and left with a masterclass in attitude. My sister asked no chicken for her meal, not a crime, right? Apparently, this triggered some sort of internal chaos, because she was still charged extra for chicken. The cashier, trying to be helpful, said she could get an extra side of guac instead. Cool solution. Or so we thought.
Plot twist: no guac arrived. When my sister asked our server Camille, our delightful (not) server, about it, Camille decided to showcase her Olympic-level eye roll and walked away mid-sentence with a dismissive, âmy manager said absolutely not.â
Enter Sam, the manager, or, as I like to call her, the CEO of CCS (Crappy Customer Service) Worldwide. When asked politely about the charge, she snapped, âLike you were told, you can get a refund if you bring your card up.â (So sorry for the inconvenience of trying to correct YOUR mistake?) Moments later, Sam returns, tosses the receipt down on our table, spits out âHereâs your refund,â and walks away like she just dropped the mic.
But the fun wasnât over! Throughout our meal, Sam and Camille were clearly pointing at our table, whispering, eye rolling, head shakingâŠ. very professional stuff. On our way out, Sam actually continued jeering and pointing while chatting with another employee.
So if you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, being gossiped about in plain view, and having your basic requests met with theatrical levels of disrespect, CONGRATS, this is your spot.
It was apparent the guacamole wasnât the only thing that was extra. So was the attitude.
The food was fine. The service? Pure reality TV. One star for the free drama. đ
Ready for Episode 2 of âHigh School Behavior: Restaurant Editionâ ? Turns out our new BFF Sam never refunded the item! All those theatrics and you never refundedâŠtsk tsk Sam. Bad form indeed.
The food has really gone down hill here, with the prices way up. I ended up getting my money back for the sloppy burrito I was served, with sour cream thrown on top. The buritto lacked so much meat and other ingrediants inside, that the tortilla was filled with air like a balloon- when I cut into it, it consisted of mostly air, with a small amount of chicken and nothing else.
The side of chips is a complete joke. You literally get 5-7 chips to go with the salsa bar provided. It is evident that the establishment is attempting to skimp on portions and ingrediants to save a buck. I have probably completed my last visit here.

**Restaurant Review: A Fiesta of Flavors**
At Dos Coyotes every dish we tried was a delightful burst of flavor and freshness.
**Adobe Salad** was a refreshing mix of crisp greens, creamy avocado, and a smoky chipotle dressing that tied it all together.
**Vegetable Enchiladas** featured perfectly seasoned veggies and smoky Hatch chilis wrapped in warm corn tortillas, topped with a rich red sauce and bubbly melted cheese.
The **Vegetable Burrito** was hearty and satisfying, packed with black beans, rice, sautéed veggies, and fresh pico de gallo for a vibrant, tangy bite.
Finally, the **Cheese Quesadilla** was a comforting, cheesy delight, perfectly crisped and served with fresh pico de gallo and tangy sour cream.
And letâs not forget the salsa barâoffering six different options, from a fiery habanero to a tangy tomatillo, each one adding its own kick to the meal.
