Been coming here pretty regularly for a few years.
Long story short this place consistently turns out cocktails better than a town the size of Folsom deserves at reasonable prices. Their fall menu this year is full of absolutely excellent cocktails.

Gaslight has impressed me, I used to seldom go there but now make it an occasional stop. It is in Old Town Folsom so please don’t expect a front door parking spot. Their food is really good! Great sandwiches, flatbread, and salads….never had a subpar meal - always good! The drinks they make are special! Lots of personal attention to the crafting of your cocktail. Bar tenders do a great job even when it’s busy. It’s not a large building so it can feel crowded on busy nights so it is nice they have the outside seating. Their serving style is more of “order” for yourself so head to the bar for your food and drink orders. We love listening to the live music while we treat ourselves with custom drinks and food.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the bar tonight, Wednesday, May 15th, around 9:15 PM. The bartender on duty seemed to ignore us completely. Despite the bar not being busy and us waiting for 15 minutes, he failed to acknowledge our presence. Even when we tried to get his attention, he merely glanced over with a dismissive look and proceeded to serve other customers instead. It was genuinely frustrating and by far the worst customer service I've ever encountered at a bar.

Love Gaslight! Amazing salads/flatbread, great beer on tap, speak easy room, live atmosphere, and the best mixologists in all of Sac country.
If your looking for a great atmosphere , great food, amazing and unique drinks this is your place. Not only where the bartenders amazing to talk to they went the extra mile and showed my husband and I around. Inside this hidden gem is a beautiful Speak Easy, thats right all you have to do is book it for your event and enjoy this amazing room that they offer. If your also, looking for unique and tasty drinks again this is your place my taste buds are still going wild and wanting more.

Their Pollen in Love cocktail was really good. One of the bartenders also made me an excellent Last Word and even gave me a small straight pour of some green chartreuse because I mentioned I never had the opportunity to try that liqueur before. The bartenders here are very clearly talented professionals and they have a great liquor selection.
