Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream

So many flavors. I recommend chocoholic chunk and monkey business. Very very busy during the summer and limited seating, but great ice cream.

I would avoid this place at all cost it’s gone downhill tremendously, and it’s not the employees fault but the managers fault. I went in yesterday and bought a small ice cream and when I tasted it the ice cream was soft and melty and had a sour taste to it. So clearly the manager doesn’t care about keeping her freezers up to temp. When I asked for a refund the shift supervisor said that he didn’t know how to do that. So my husband gave him his name and phone number and we were told the manager would be back within 30 minutes, and she would call us to issue us a refund. Well guess what, it’s now over a day later and no phone call. Completely unethical, she’s done this before with friends and family of ours who wanted refunds. Just never calls back, so we’re just giving this crappy business free money. And don’t think we don’t notice how she will scold employees which are mostly teens and young adults for simple mistakes that can easily be corrected with kind words. So if I were you I would avoid this business.

Went tonight - Really really good ice cream - highly recommend the Chcocholic PB ripple - had an issue with my hand packed pint being only 2/3rds filled, let management know, and they handled it really well and took care of it! Excellent ice cream, great customer service

Always good experience for couple time coming to shop! Previous time I came was around 5-6 months ago. Service's prompt with nice clean store.
I got my doordash order to try it again yesterday.

Unfortunately i was so disappointed with the quality. Ice cream 's the way too sweet and lack of flavors. I feel it's just artificial flavor added with sugar and milk. That's it! As remember they used to have very good green tea and blackberries flavors. Not recommended if this's my first time try them.

Decent ice cream but wish the place was more kid friendly. I wanted to get kids sized milk shake for a 4 and 5 year old but they said they only have one size. So instead asked for a kid ice cream dish and they said they don’t have kids sizes? I saw smaller cups in back so no idea why I need to spend $7 for a milk shake for a kid. Baskin Robbin’s much easier to order for the kids.

Such a huge ice cream shop! Absolutely delicious and incredible ice cream flavors!! We loved it and will be back! Couldn’t believe the value too!
